I wanted to just send the FOIA audio without context to a comic book illustrator and asked him to sketch me some vectors. Wow lol.

A bit of a preview of the next video, but I'm so in awe that this was a thing that I had to share it with y'all early. 🤯

Obviously these aren't titles. Er, I hope they're not. 😅

A few "beats" or "sketches" made on last month's road trip on various hotel couches, Mexican benches, and Waffle House booths on a very beta firmware of the Polyend Tracker Mini. I slammed the patterns through tape when I got home for some friendly distortion. A video should be up soon on my channel

Patreon Only Video 😎 I've been doing a lot of hiking/fitness test runs for my Adventures In Ambience trip next week, but this one was a for the Sony A7 IV and Zoom F6/Rode ambisonic field recording kit. Apalachicola Test Run Feat. Frogs (YouTube)

Between you 710 folks and I: I've "blown up" on TikTok this week and have fed into it a little bit. I personally hate just about everything about TikTok, but I want to do a video on media license scams, which I am now a giant target of and am recording/screen grabbing all of my many interactions. If

I have a few out of town shoots coming up where I'll need to be more focused on music and gear programming, so if you notice a huge bump in the quality of some videos, give a warm welcome to Michaela from Akimbo Productions! Hiring Michaela will be adding 2 Canon C70's to the gear lineup, as well as

Just an update here: As some of you know, I was shadowbanned on YouTube about 6 weeks ago. You don't get any notification for this type of thing, you just basically have to look at your analytics to see that you've not gotten any organic clicks from the sidebar or related content. This brings my ave

Apologies for what seems like inactivity on my end (I feel like every Patreon has posts beginning with that). I had a minor surgery which I'm recovering from, but I'm still working at a normal pace, it just prevents me from speaking vibrantly into the camera. I'm sure my voice was getting annoying a

Early Tuesday morning I'll be embarking on a journey to the largest wetland on the continent. The black waters of the Okefenokee Swamps. It is a 700-sq mile area inaccessible by car, bike, air, or foot. One must row a canoe. It's filled with alligators. I said "filled" because I meant it. There are

Hey y'all! Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm in production on an NFT video after a few weeks of research. (since I've been doing nothing but digging through the crypto world, I'm holding Tezos, Cardano, and UMA lol). I'm burning through it a bit faster now as some peers are being pressured b

So! Existentialism project: I'm still short about $1,500 from my minimum budget on Patreon alone (honestly this is SO MUCH better than I initially expected), so I've been looking at alternative ways to fill in the gap: - The first was the show getting a budget from a streaming service. Think like, a

For months I've been in pre-production for a video similar to the Spotify or Behringer vids, but regarding gender in the music production world. Weirdly, some of the things I initially focused on, such as the name "Gearslutz" potentially being a welcome mat for unwelcoming behavior, are actually now

So I thought I'd finally make a video going through all of my modules. That's something a lot of folks have requested and should literally only take 2 days. ...3 days later, half way through editing. lol (ignore the awful DJI stock music) (why is there like a 2000hz cutoff on it lol)

Hey y'all. So this week, among a million other things, I've been making a video breaking down designing and building a <AUDIO SCIENCY THING I CANNOT NAME> for <TELEVISION SHOW I CANNOT NAME>. That episode, via my agreement, cannot air until later this year. ALSO, it's probably not a surprise to anyo

I seemingly can't make anything shorter than a feature film, even with pruning down my app list a whole lot. lol But - Give me your questions and I'll answer them on the stream tonight at 7:30PM ET.
