Our Life 2: Sticker Poll!
So, with the Our Life: Now & Forever beta out for most tiers on the Patreon, let's talk about those sticker options you get to use for your play throughs! We included a first batch in the initial demo, but definitely want more. If you've got suggestions, feel free to leave them below. We'll try to include the ones players most want to have, but we likely won't be able to add everything that's brought up. I imagine we'll have 15-20 sticker options in total.
For a few guidelines, it can't be any real or human character or copyrighted content from another company and it can't be something that evokes summer/winter/spring more than autumn (can't have a surfboard sticker, I'm afraid).
I was personally thinking of adding maybe a paper airplane sticker, a music note, maybe a crescent moon, possibly a blue feather. You can let me know what you think of those, too.
We'll only be able to take suggestions during this month, January 2022. After that all the sticker options will be set.

Bonfire (just right for the season, as it gets colder, it's useful for burning fallen leaves, keeping warm as the weather gets colder whether you are camping or doing lawn work in a small town, etc.).
I'm probably late but I thought it would be cute if there was a scarecrow sticker? What it could resemble is maybe like companionship, guidance, or like just be a cute sticker.
A blue jay and/or cardinal.
A magnifying glass would be perfect. As a kid, I loved learning about the natural world around me too, and using magnifying glass to look at leaves in the fall is something I fondly reminisce about. As a plus, it fits with Opal's Halloween costume.
Id love a latte sticker for fall, dandelion for spring, beach umbrella for summer, and fuzzy blanket for winter
A crystal ball. A nod to 'A Foretold Affair/and the part where ask Cove in OL1 about seeing what will be for Jamie/MC and him, as well as Halloween.
You could make a little pansy flower sticker! They're my favorite flowers, bloom in fall (and spring), and come in almost every color imaginable, so you could do any number of autumn colors!
a fox would be super cute! maybe a mug of tea/coffee too!
Maybe a little fox or cat head sticker? I feel like those would fit in with autumn..? I’m from Australia so I’m not too sure...
I just thought of this in Discord: A haystack! Just perfect for fall harvest!
Perhaps a little scarf or pumpkin?
When I think of autumn O think of : black cats, fox, jams, books with latte, vintage camera and porcupines ♡
I'd love to also see tiny emojis of Q and T's faces, as well as Opal! (like for an 'all family' playthrough!)
Honey jar! Teddy bear! Winnie the Pooh is in Public Domain! (as long as you avoid Disney version, there shouldn't be a problem. 🍯 🐻
Some sort of autumn flower like mums, maybe something video game related, or Halloween related like a witch's hat, pumpkin etc
I agree with the suggestions that are more specific to each main character, like the instruments or ballet shoes! So you can quickly and easily remember who you're shackin' up with in each playthrough.
I'm a fan of the crescent moon and paper airplane
Pile of leaves with a shadowed gap with a pair of eyes peaking out. 👀
I will LOVE a cat sticker or maybe a Star
Doesn't Qiu play the violin? That would be cute
A pumpkin! It isn't fall without pumpkins.
Jug of apple cider, pair of rainboots, umbrella, and maybe a baby raccoon.
a slice of dark chocolate cake, always a feel good dessert during autumn!
A little teddy bear or a bowel of soup would be cute
Maybe a cute little tree topped with autumn leaves? 🍂
How about a cartoony skull or a tiny skeleton? Cause ya know, halloween.
Tamarack plays an instrument, right? I think that or maybe a music note (I didn't pay attention to the actual stickers, so if this was already done please ignore), and a wizard-thief emoji mash-up would be really good (like someone wearing a wizard hat with a black mask), and Qui's notebook. I don't know if Tamarack and Qui become close friends in the game (I am guessing that it depends on the player), but maybe something that symbolizes the 3 best friends? Like maybe three birds together on a branch?
what about a black cat ?
Totally second Owl's apple cider donut suggestion, those are super important to fall in a lot of places. Maybe a scarecrow as well?
I would personally really like a pair of ballet shoes/ teddy bear!! i love the sticker idea it’s so cute!
I want to second what Theo commented and propose a crow.
I’d like to see something like a scarf, or maybe a bonfire.
i would love to see a black cat, i love halloween themes and itd work for autumn vibes i also really like the blue feather one,, fav colour haha
I like the paper airplane, it'll be like having the $20 for OL1 if it had the same save system as OL2, getting the ball rolling for MC's future romantic interests 😁 For the crescent moon, would it be the crescent by itself, or would in include the part of the moon that's obscured 🌙🌛🌜🌒🌘? I'd like to have the blue feather made available, for sure 🦚
I'd like a flower sticker for no other reason than I like flowers. There are several species that bloom during the fall, like chrysanthemums, asters, and black-eyed susans.
Maybe a teddy bear sticker, or like a lollipop or like a pumpkin pie with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Personally, I think there's a need for dancing shoes. Maybe those are already in there?
Bunnies and cute animals!! *0*
A white poppy to represent our life 1, and a red autumn leaf. Your ideas are very good too !
I definitely would use the paper airplane sticker. Different colored leaves for the autumn season would also be nice.
A fox and hedgehoge. I see a lot of Bluejays durring fall where i live would be neat. Maybe some halloween themed things like witchs hats and jack-o-lanterns.
Different leaf colors, jack o lantern, a ghost, pine cones, candy apple/pie, apple cider donut. I get to have autumn in New England and that's the best stuff I can think of 😆
A playhouse, pile of leaves, old camera, a small cute bird, an emoji with unique eyebrows to reference OL Cove and Pran, also love the airplane idea with maybe a crumpled noise for when it hit the MC
I think a moth or a fall flower would be a nice addition; a Red Admiral or a chrysanthemum, for instance. I also really like the crescent moon and feather ideas ♡
Not too many butterflies out during fall (at least where I live) but the orange and black butterflies (monarch butterflies?) give me fall vibes. And I don't know how many people would actually like it, but maybe a spider? In your chibi style, it might be cute. One with the googly eyes, maybe purple. It could be Halloween inspired. And if Halloween inspired, maybe a ghost would be cute.
bird/s I just think they would be really cute lol
ANIMALS! I'd love a fox. I'd also love an OL1 throwback - seashell?
To go with the cresent moon how about a sun. It be nice tonhave a heart, crystal rock, angel/demon wing combo (for a kind/mean personality playthrough), rainbow, flower, orange shell(OL 1 reference), and a fairy.
Pine cones?
Pumpkins (for halloween), a tree in season (so orange leaves), A school or books or something similar. An airplane, cresent moon and Music note all sounds really cute. When thinking of autumn (which is september, october and November for me), I think to the things that happen during that time. so, school, halloween, bonfire night (England) etc. someone mentioned a teddybear which would also apsolutely work becuase autumn is colder you want to hide in your bed.
How about a stuffed animal, music box, old camera... things that may have been important keepsakes for a child that you would then still treasure as an adult.
I love the idea of a cuddly/fuzzy Teddy bear or pillow
Hmm maybe a old fashioned clock, a leaf, a star 🌟
I like the ideas of maybe a mushroom, a bowl of soup, and a cat? I think those could be really cute!
ooooo the airplane, music note, and crescent moon all sound good! the blue feather sounds cute too, but maybe another color would work? don't know what though so hmm. i don't really have many other ideas, but one i thought of just now looking into my kitchen is like. soup? a bowl of soup? maybe also a fox or something though that's a me thing clearly
WAIT WAIT WAIT deer sticker! deer are associated with fall in my mind
A few ideas that come to mind: cornucopia, jacket, scarf, maize/corn, muffin/baked goods, turkey, sickle (maybe).
Why not adding stikers with the faces of the cast? Maybe a MC would be hard to do tho. I I
How about a monarch butterfly 🦋? Where I live, there's a Migration Festival that happens every Fall as the monarchs head south from Canada (through Point Pelee, the Southernmost part of mainland Canada) to Mexico for their Winter roosting.
I would love a butterfly.
All the stickers so far are really cute!! Maybe you could also add a firework that's going off? I also like the idea of ones specific for Tama and Qiu, like her bag and their ballet shoes.
I like the crescent moon 🌜
How about a pair of ballet shoes like Pointe shoes?
A lit Jack-O-Lantern and/or one of those old fashioned plastic Jack-O-Lantern shaped Trick-Or-Treat bucket (with some candy poking out from the circular opening on top) that kids used to have (maybe in the 50's/60's) back in the day. Would be cool if one of these buckets was stored in the attic of the house that Franky and Opal moved into. 🎃
Hmmm, how about a magnifying glass or Deerstalker hat (Sherlock Holmes is now in the public domain, so that should be a problem). Considering all of the deductions and mystery solving, either sticker would be great for our junior detective 🔍🔎
Few ideas : Cup; (tea) pot; Fox head; Hedgehog head; Mushroom; Rain boots; Umbrella; Camp fire; (Rainy) Cloud; Jam Jar; Pumpkin; Piece of pie
I love the crescent moon idea! Maybe a pumpkin too? Thats one of the things I see and think of the autumn season. Since we know Qiu and Tamarack's favorite drinks maybe a steaming mug that could be either tea or hot cocoa(or both the Hot cocoa having marshmallows or whipped cream and the tea having a tea bag or some lemon). And maybe even an open book or a stack of books.
I was looking through to make sure I didn't repeat it there it is! Book- either one open book or a stack of books for those who are book nerd inclined! Additional ones that I will throw in: Cat or dog Smiley face
I would love to see a sort of mineral or crystal sticker!
You could have a tree sticker for Tamarack's namesake or ballet shoes to signify Qiu
Oh cute! I love all your ideas. Only other one I could think of would be like a little bonfire emblem. I don't know if other regions do this in Fall but where I'm at in the Midwest, Autumn is bonfire season, and it's one of my favorite things.
Rainbow?
Squirrel? They’re cute and make me think of fall.
Pinecone?
Coffee cup/thermos, Pumpkin
How about a feather, crystal or rock? I thought it could be cute, especially if you have an MC who likes to collect stuff from the nature. Maybe the rock could have some autumn leaves or something painted on them for the artistic MCs?
And maybe it could be a pet rock, too?
Maybe a Poppy as a reference to OL1?
That sounds great!
I can’t remember if one of the already set stickers was a key but like an old fashioned key would be really cute
I second this!
I love the airplane and moon ideas.
I love the crescent moon idea, I’m a fan of anything kinda space/celestial themed in general!
I also love those too!
