Thank you for all of the feedback on the Patreon Moment! We've released a version that's a bit more spruced up and this is what'll be considered the final build. As long as you save this file of Patreon Moment you'll always have the best version of it, even if you leave the Patreon.
And since we'll be switching the main download links from the original post to here, I'll repeat the basic info for anyone just joining-
The Our Life: Beginnings & Always Patreon Bonus Moment is an unvoiced, optional side story that's not a part of the main game. You don't need to try adding it your normal build or patching things to get it work. You can treat it like its own brand new game file. This is simply an extra little perk to say thanks for all of the support.
The Moment is set after the ending of Step 3, though Cove and the MC are still the same age as they are in Step 3. It includes explicit 18+ sexual content that can be skipped, censored, or experienced in full.

Instructions:
For Android you can simply let it install after downloading the file. For Mac and PC you'll need to use a program to unzip the file after downloading, then you'll get a new folder and can launch the game from an application inside that folder.
Also, make sure you start a fresh save. Loading anything that's not from this current build will cause errors.
What was updated:
Reported typos, grammar problems, and continuity issues should be all fixed
The save screen now has auto saves, more save slot pages, and it automatically prevents you from accidentally loading a save from the main game (doing so breaks the Patreon Moment)

I'm sorry it's not working. I don't have a dropox link for this. Maybe try using a different browser type to try downloading it to see if that works.

You don't need to add it to Steam! You can just download the PC file, unzip it, and then launch the bonus moment as its own game to play.
hi i just realized u guys had patron and saw you guys had this beautiful gem for cove, i was wondering how to get it to work? ive downloaded and sent it thru a zip extractor but im unsure how to get it to work/open. do i need to add it to the game files or?
is there a way to add it to the main game or does it have to be separate?
Out of curiosity are there any plans to add this to itch as was done with the Step 4 bonus moment? Not that I mind rejoining so that I can add it to my new phone :)

There isn't an alt option right now I'm afraid, but you can try using the workaround- You can bypass the quota by logging in to a Google Drive account, then on the file's download page, click "Add shortcut to Drive" in the upper right corner. Save it to your Drive, then create a new folder, put it inside, and download the folder!
I tried to download and unzip it for Windows but it was not working :(. It said "The download quota for this file has been exceeded" even when I first tried to do it. Can anyone help me?

I've been trying to download this for a while now and I'm not sure i understand. I had put the file in a extractor but i dont know where to go from their, does this not work on a microsoft?
If you unzip the file you will get a folder. In that folder is the application you click to start the game. It does work on Microsoft, but be sure you downloaded the windows version not mac or android! What extractor did you use?
I wanted to start by saying I absolutely adore this game, I adore this bonus moment. I do have a small concern with the anatomy of the explicit scenes (not the downstairs area). Specifically concerning the nipple placement and eyes. just wanted to bring this to your attention considering I have absolutely adored all the artwork up to this point, it just seemed a little off.
I downloaded the app and it keeps crashing. It's saying there is a bug and to update app after the developer fixes the bug. I'm using my android phone.
That usually isn't really a bug, it's a default response Android gives when something can't be installed. It could be that you need more space or that a virus scanner has decided it seems suspicious and is not letting it properly download!
hello, first of all Our life is an amazing and special game, i love it so much, really thanks. there are some moments that really helped me fell accepted. this bonus moment was so cute too! the only thing is that i was just a bit disappointed that there weren't another choice for MC at the end. i will try to be the less explicit as possible to explain myself... at the last nsfw moment, while with cove you could decide if stop, do it, or do it in another way. when it's Mc turn you can only do it or stop entirely. i just wished there was another option other then stop because it's a sour topic for me... other than that really a good job, it was really nice :) little spoiler ahead, i don't who would read if it is gonna read but, if you didn't play don't read the next sentence...................................... ................................................................................................... And finally i know how they started living together!!!!!!! sorry i was so excited by that. have a nice day :)

Do you miss where is installed file or do you confuse how to install a file? If you click “Download”link, you can install it. I only know how to play it on PC.
is there ever gonna be something like this for the other 2 love interests at some point or is this just a one off thing.

I downloaded it but I didnt know what file I was supposed to press to load it and I tried to use something to unzip the folder to see if it would be more obvious but I couldn't figure out how to work it.
Sorry I missed this. What program did you use try to extract it with? If it's a file opener you should be able to just click the downloader file and the extractor will ask if you want to open it.

I think I almost *cried* this was so sweet. I'm so *bad* at physical intimacy that isn't strictly platonic. Hugging? Cuddling? The occasional kiss on the cheek? Easy! Hello there! First of all, I would like to say that I reeeaally like Our Life with Cove being my favorite by quite the margin in comparison to all the rest! Let's cut to the chase - I'm having difficulties with the .exe files needed for the installation of Our Life Patreon (NSFW) as after opening the regular .exe nothing happens whatsoever. Meanwhile, opening the (what I assume) 32-bit .exe file allows me to run it, but ultimately nothing happens after that . I tried disabling options regarding the checking and running of unrecognized applications in Windows Defender as well, but that yielded the same results. To add to this, these problems occur on both of my computers on Windows 10. What is the workaround to this?
I'm sorry it's not loading easily on your device. Unfortunately, there's no specific reason it wouldn't run that I can point to. It generally just works on Windows 10. Maybe try deleting all of it and downloading again, since sometimes things go wrong with the install. Or maybe try a different method of extracting the zipped folder.
I started playing Our Life on Tuesday morning, fell so deeply in love with that I immediately bought all the DLC's as soon as I got my paycheck in the wee hours of Thursday morning. So when I was scrolling the fanart and the like and saw "NSFW" today-I subscribed the membership just as quickly. As expected, I was not disappointed! I loved every part of it. From the choices on how to touch and please Cove, to the interactions and responses to Cove touching you. It was so well done. I am really hoping you do one for Step 4 where they get the chance to do even more. I'm looking for to continuing with the DLC's for Derek and Baxter as well! Can't wait to see the stories you've created for us to explore with their relationships as well <3

I'm struggling at the moment, after I get to the zip extractor page am I meant to extract it all to my drive? I've tried downloading the bits "OurLifePatreon.exe" and that wouldn't run or open anything for me.
i've tried to trouble shoot it and also tried the 32 bit one as well, and nothing will make it run. Sorry to bother , I'm just at a loss

How do I play Patreon Bonus? I tried every steps on my laptop and nothing's working. Do you have a link for tutorial of how to extract unzipped folder or use step by step here so it will be easy for me to launch the game?

Have you unzipped the folder? You can use something like WinZip to extract the file and then you'll get a folder. Inside the folder is an application to start the game.

Honestly fell in love with this game! Have all the dlc currently out! If I may make a suggestion for the second game of the series coming out (can totally be ignored of course) I think you should add an entire 18+ DLC section that people can buy and add to their game! Obviously only with the teenager-adult sections of the game. But you guys are so amazing at writing these steamy scenes I just end up craving more and I think others feel the same.

Hello, I'm trying to download the file and it gets to about half way before it says "couldn't download - No permissions". Does anyone know how to fix that?
Maybe try using a different browser type to download it? Or maybe check the permissions on the current browser you're using could help.

I'm confused about its supposed to work, are we supposed to create a new file or press continue and it takes us directly to that when we launch the our life patreon app ?
This is a stand alone game file. It has to be downloaded and installed to your phone. Or if it's PC/Mac, you have to download the file, unzip the folder, and then inside the unzipped folder is the launcher you can click to open the game. Your info from the main game won't be in this one because it's a separate side story. You'll be able to fill in your character's details at the beginning of the bonus story when you start a new game.
Hey guys! Late to the party on this extra content but wanted to pop in and say it's great! I know Cove is undiagnosed but on the spectrum, and as someone who is seeking a diagnosis currently, I had a lot of feelings and internal bias that got worked through while I was playing. Content like this is awesome and healing and normalizing and I love y'all for it. Looking forward to your future games & everything in store!

Thank you for making this! The steamy scenes were well done, and the followup was sweet, invitation to live together and all. I know you can't add this to the base game, but are you planning to put a passing reference or two (such as the invitation to live together) in step 4? And is there a way to see the, uh, steamy CGs in a gallery or elsewhere?
I downloaded it and tried to unzip, but when it comes to the app files (OurLifePatreon.exe and OurLifePatreoon-32.exe), it says that they can't be created. Could someone help me? I tried to make a excusion to the file on my Antivirus, but it didn't worked too.I wanted so bad to play that bonus, I've waited so long until I could subscribe myself on Patreon and get it :(

I just downloaded this, but I'm on a Chromebook and have been playing the main game through Steam. How do I play?
You just follow the instructions listed in the main post (extracting the downloaded file and then launching it from the folder you get from extracting). You don't need to try linking it to Steam or anything. This event is a standalone file.

This probably sounds dumb but I just downloaded the file for windows but idk what I should do next. Basically, how do I play the new content I just downloaded? I just got a pc so I'm new to this stuff lol.
copy it from the zip file onto your desktop and then select the file that is listed as an application. you can make a shortcut to it as well to keep on your desktop but just going into the file and selecting the application should open up the game
My suggestion would be to add the skippable smut scenes version in the main game, just before the "In between" of Step 4. My main reason is that I really like that Cove officially ask MC to move in with him. It made sense for me, and I actually play the bonus part mainly for this transition before playing Step 4.
GB has explained before that they can't add any NSFW content (skippable or not) to the official game because then Steam would put the NSFW tag on it.

You would have to delete the current file and download this one to have the updated version, but all your saves and progress will still be there!
