Our Life: Patreon Bonus Moment (PC, Mac, & Android) 18+!

Well, here we go. It's the real deal.
The Our Life: Beginnings & Always Patreon Bonus Moment is an unvoiced, optional side story that's not a part of the main game. You don't need to try adding it your normal build or patching things to get it work. You can treat it like its own brand new game file. This is simply an extra little perk to say thanks for all of the support.
The Moment is set after the ending of Step 3, though Cove and the MC are still the same age as they are in Step 3. It includes explicit 18+ sexual content that can be skipped, censored, or experienced in full.
Instructions:
For Android you can simply let it install after downloading the file. For Mac and PC you'll need to use a program to unzip the file after downloading, then you'll get a new folder and can launch the game from an application inside that folder.
Also, make sure you start a fresh save. Loading anything that's not from this current build will cause errors.

will i need to run it outside of steam or no?
Yeah, it runs as its own build. It isn't part of the Steam build of the main game.
I just wanted to say for anyone that could have a similar problem to me, I'm pretty sure sure that this won't work if you have the normal game downloaded through Steam. Mainly because I was not able to access the "game" file to input the DLC. I am currently trying out with downloading the itch.io version.

I finally got to the point where I could do this last night (after sobbing at the ending of Step 3 because it brought me back to having those extract feelings of everything changing and being scared for the future, love that for me) and really I just gotta say, LOVE a man that can appreciate an anklet 🫣🙂↕️🥰

Honestly, this was perfect. It was still sweet and awkward but also passionate and loving. Great extra! If we ever get something like this again, might I recommend a honeymoon extra? 😏

Oh my god this was amazing, I absolutely loved it! I didn't know that we wouldn't be going all the way, but after thinking about it, it made sense, especially with how shy Cove is and the fact that he likes to take things slow. I love that it has the awkwardness, shyness, and excitement of getting intimate with someone for the first time. It was so sweet and cute. Cove asking MC to move in with him in the future was so sweet, too, I absolutely love them ToT. I really hope you guys consider making another bonus moment that takes place in the future. I really loved playing this moment. I've played it 4 times. Cove is so sweet and I loved when he asks the player to live with him. I played the Step 4 beta and I'd like to imagine this moment is what lead to them living together.

And the game always ask if I want to continue doing this not "you choose this path you have to take responsibility" or anything. I really appreciate how customizable this VN is

We've gotten a few messages about wanting more content like this and since we do have this first one done and people have thought it progressed things in a in-character way, we could start considering doing another Patreon Moment in the future with them even older and more experienced. But we would have to actually finish Step 4/the wedding DLC first, haha.
Do we go all the way with Cove?
No, it just would've been too awkward to go from super wholesome in the main game and then straight to full on f-ing in this bonus moment. So instead it's sexual but not completely hardcore.
I have a question about the proposing the Cove in Step 3 option. I didn't know that could be done, even though I thought about wishing I could! Do I need the DLC for that? Or did I just not choose the right options to arrive at that in the base game?
You do need the DLC in order to propose in Step 3. You won't need a DLC to propose in Step 4, when that'll be done.
Are you still able to access the game once your patron subscription has run out? Not sure if I will be able to afford it next month :)
I'm afraid you can't access Patreon posts if you cancel your subscription. But you can keep the game file after you cancel and save a backup of it wherever you like, so you'll never lose the Moment unless you just totally delete it off your devices.

This moment is completely standalone, ready for you to dive in as soon as the download finishes, which is good because if I had to wait a moment longer I would have screamed! XD
This was a cute moment. Cove remained his way too pure self and when I wasn't playing my usual shy characters I had a blast teasing him. Honestly, I love teasing the pure Cove far too much. At the same time I felt a little guilty, but it was still fun. xD

I was trying to come up with the words to express how this made me feel. I'll just say that I wish this was around when I was trying to figure out that I was demisexual. I'll try to put this in the least explicit words that I can. Exploring my first boyfriend's body was in a way like exploring my own. Since it was the first time I even know what those feelings were. Making him happy was making me feel better than whatever he did for me. Probably because I was used to not feeling anything. It was harder to deal with this all for me because I, didn't know it was ok to go from never feeling anything to having your body go bonkers on you. I went through that feeling like a weirdo. I love it. And even though I wanted to see Cove go all the way, there was a part of me that kind of didn't since it would seem kind of rushed. Like when I got one of the first choices the one that said we don't have to do it now or something I was kind of tented but I didn't cause I wanted to see everything I could, even if it was really embarrassing. In the end a lot of what he did and said surprised and flustered the hell out of me and loved that. I really wasn't expecting that and his face Oh my god! Nonetheless thank you for you hard work it was impressive, I was dying the whole time.
