Thinking/RE-thinking - Channel/Patreon update!
Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well! First of all I wanted to thank all new patrons who recently signed up! Thank you all so much for supporting my patreon and more so supporting everything I'm currently doing. Secondly I wanted to give you guys an update on my work flow. So as I'm sure you've all noticed, I released three, COUNT EM, THREE videos recently. Dead Rising Remaster thoughts, Lifeline retrospective, and RE2R five years later. I worked back to back on each of these projects and had fun with all of them the entire time! You may have also noticed that each of those videos weren't the longest projects in my catalogue. I tried my best keeping all three under forty minutes, and I was successful! I've been doing a lot of introspection on my work recently. As I'm sure it's become apparent over the years, it's hard making a super long epic video every month, and as more time passes, I'm realizing it's just not as viable to live off of.
So in between each mega-video release, I'll be working on smaller projects to try and maintain a consistent flow of videos. I've been giving this shift in work a big think for a while now, but just needed a push and that's where Hitsuji comes into play. So if you follow me on social media, you may have also noticed that I've been spending a lot of time with theeee Hitsujigoods. She really helped me see that I need to make these videos fun for myself again. It's been incredible having another pair of creative eyes to show my work too before it ever sees the light of day. It was a much needed change and push of encouragement that definitely helped me produce these past three projects. So please give her a round of applause for the help!
Other than all that, I do have some new plans for patreon specific posts! So just like before you guys will be getting more Inside The Sphere, but I'll be adding a new type of patreon exclusive video to my five dollar tier. Enter, Extra-Plays! Extra-Plays are my take on Let's Plays. I'll be playing and replaying classic games we all know and love, with something a little extra added in for good measure. I may do challenge runs or a modded playthrough of a game to make it feel new! It'll be a great opportunity for me to elaborate even further on games I've covered already, in a fun and unscripted way. Aside from my new EPs, I'll also update you guys a lot more going forward. This'll include video announcements, updates and previews. I want to be more present and clear on what I've got cooking to give you guys more insight on my process and gaming adventures.
I believe that's all I want to share for now, as I said I will be updating you guys with anything relevant or new when it's ready to be shared! Again thank you all so much for your new and continued support, I'll talk you all very soon... LAAAAATER!

Holy shit, I would like to say that you are someone who knows how to make the right changes/decisions for their channel so tysm. Another creator recently who I love(d) has been the total inverse when it came to their decision making, but you are more idealistic and it's rather refreshing to see this update. I love the 3 big changes you have made for the benefit of the content. Adjusting the workflow and still delivering long form content, just not as long, in-between the feature length videos (whilst not caving to short form heavily), having another creative pair of eyes to aid in the process, giving people an extra incentive to support on Patreon whilst gaining something in return; this is everything that I love to hear. Thank you for sharing these developments with us. Really appreciating this. Just don't burn yourself out. Looking forward to what's coming from the new plan, honestly.

Suzi, your work is amazing, i love your Resident Evil content the most (thats how i got in touch with your Channel btw! xD ) but please put your health infront of everything, don't burn yourself out, take some time off if you need it :)
This reminded me of what Lewis Carroll said. "Start at the beginning, continue through the middle, and when you get to the end... stop." There is no need to add extra stuff to your videos to make them longer. Just get to the point, and they will be as long as is needed to tell the story.

I reaaaally love all your content and i usually revisit some of your old videos because i like how you approach the analysis of the games, so if you are going to give us more videos that's impressive and exciting! But try not to burn yourself in the process, we like a healthy Suzi 😎! Not a burn Suzi 🤕
