Tldr: Uppsala isn't real. In Finland, around 70s and 80s, "going to Uppsala school of economics" ment moving to Sweden to see the world and to do shitty work for drug money, as Finland was a backwater and apparently Uppsala university was the easiest to enroll in.
Side note on the uni: it is argubly the second most prestigus uni in Swe

I'm from Latvia and we had our own national medical grift recently. It's a little better, because the drug Mildronāts actually does help with some heart conditions. But they way it's been talked about, it helps with EVERY condition that could even remotely be linked to the heart. And probably many that have no possible relation. Have depression and anxiety – take Mildronāts. There was a big uproar in 2015/2016 when it was internationally banned from sports as doping.
