Character Creator

Just like other parts of the menu, the character creator also getting new features.

Aside from the new camera action feature, the character creator now benefits of the following:
- Hair overlays, just like in gta online your chosen hair will apply the appropriate head tattoo/decal and color to match your hair.

- Eyewear is now tied to the character, meaning you can now have prescription glasses and keep them on any outfit (except special one with glasses, like swat)

-You can now Randomize a character heritage and features, for quicker and spontaneous creation

-Added all the new DLC hair and fixed the duplicate ones

- Female makeup options actually save now

- New Default outfit for a little immersion
