Awkward Dinner Party - the online playtests are here!
Hey everyone! exciting news, I've started setting up the discord server to run the game, "Awkward Dinner Party For Romantic Eccentrics" Online! I know there are so many of you supporting me who want to play the game with me, but who aren't in Boston. So in addition to making a free print-n-play version of the game at the end of February, I will also be running free games online.
The first four dates of the online playtest are February 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st at 6:00PM EST and are exclusive to you, my patreon and ko-fi supporters!
You can reserve a spot via the partiful event for each day. Before I share the links, please keep in mind:
Spots are limited! The game is for 25 people, and I am running it four times for my supporters, so there will only be 100 chances to play the game. Make sure to reserve as soon as you can, and if spots are full, join the waitlist so you can fill a spot if someone else cancels!
The game is still being playtested. Since you guys are literally the first people who will be playing the game, it will probably be a little rough around the edges. I will do my best to facilitate everyone's enjoyment, but please allow me to make a few mistakes here and there while I learn to run the game. know that no matter what happens, you are helping the game improve.
you must be 18+ to play. please don't lie about your age to play, you'll be banned from the discord server immediately! There is mild flirting as part of the gameplay, and I will not facilitating anything that has adults flirting with minors and v/v. (For any of my younger supporters, there will be other opportunities to play my future games, don't worry)
Please only sign up for one game. I am running multiple nights of this game so that as many people who want to play can participate, so please do not take up several spots.
Sorry, no rescheduling! as stated above, I'm running the game for as many people as possible and there will probably be a waitlist for games, so make sure you show up to the game you signed up for. If you can't make it, there will not be an opportunity to join a future game.
If I have to cancel for any reason, there will be a makeup game. I don't anticipate having to cancel any of these games, but just in case know that I will schedule a future game for anyone who reserved a spot on that day.
