May 2026 Update! Drum synthesis (including a cowbell recipe)

Hi!

As I was preparing a drum synth kit in my recent review of Iridium, it dawned on me - my book doesn't have a chapter about drum synthesis with specific recipes, and worst of all, it doesn't tell you how to synthesize a cowbell! "Incomplete" truly was not false advertising!

Well, this month's update fixes that, including both the general principles of drum synthesis and a few specific recipes to get you going...

It starts on page 219, or just search for the string "MAY2026" to skip right to it.

That's it for now, until next time, as usual, but never taken for granted, thanks for being here!

All my best,

Ziv (loopop)
