January book update + 700S multisamples

Dear WaveShapers!

I hope all is well. Attached is the January 2025 book update, along with 20 WaveShaper tier mini KORG 700S multi-samples.

Regarding the multi-samples: some of these are similar to the Maschine multisamples shared previously, but many are new and enhanced with much more aggressive tones achieved using feedback as per the video....

Regarding the book: it's attached both in PDF and EPUB versions. Thanks for the feedback on the previous epub version. It works great on Apple's book reader and unfortunately it's too big for Kindle. I've experimented with various image compression tools but it's not there yet... hopefully next month!

Meanwhile, here's what's new in this month's update (search for the string JAN2025 to skip between updates):

• Three new ring mod tips inspired by miniKORG 700S (Page 30)

• New pitch bend trick inspired by one of viral sound creator Aloboi’s signature musical sounds - you may have seen one of these.... (Page 163)

• New arp tip – transpose arps using the pitch bend wheel (Page 47)

• New audio feedback ideas inspired by miniKORG 700S’s unique filter structure and effect (Page 129)

• New expression pedal trick – using it as an audio and CV attenuator (because that’s what it actually is) (Page 160)

• Links to bonus downloads added

That's it for now, more coming up, and as usual but never taken for granted, thanks for being here!

All my best,

Ziv / Loopop
