lol the Sun isn't that bad.
You're right, its way worse.
It was Agent's of SHIELD i think you were thinking off with the kill your dog thing was season 1 with Ward and Garrett
I seriously love this movie, no matter how many times i've seen it it never gets old.
I love Rick, but I just can't agree with him here. Even when he points something out and I freeze frame it I still can't see it.
I never noticed Aaron asking so many questions in other watch alongs. Patience, Aaron, patience!
I like this movie just fine, but I wish Castle in the Sky had won. Oh well! This is still a fun movie.
You should watch Johnny English
should have watched Raid 2 instead
They really need too man
Rick not liking it makes me anxious about them not reacting to the sequel, I'd love to see that.
feels so good when your vote ends up winning!!!!
This is the first time I've done a full length, well worth the price. Loved rewatching this with you guys. Great reaction.
I really like the movie but I never got fully on board with the overly stylistic fights. I would love it if it had John Wick or Russo bros-like type of fighting. But still that church scene is just fantastic
Can’t wait for The King’s Man Movie
I don't love all of the aesthetics of this movie, but at least it's better than the sequel. I certainly enjoy it more now that I've seen how bad and extra-fake that it could look. I loathed the sequel, but this first one was fun and I'm on board with giving the prequel a chance if/when that ever comes out.
Agreed. Enjoyed this movie immensely for what it was, despite the overall look of it being cheap and over exposed. The sequel could have been used to shore up the flaws in this one, bring a maturity to the sillier fight scenes and a more consistent aesthetic to match what they obviously thought was a darker tone in story in Golden Circle. Instead, they went the other way. Sillier and even more over the top fight scenes, a gaudier and less consistent aesthetic, and more piled on (and bad) CGI to go with a story that was already inferior. There is such a thing as “too much of a good thing” and that’s what the sequel failed to see. It’s a shame since Vaughn did so well with first Class and Kick Ass and even Stardust.
really really hoping to see you guys react to the sequel as well
I don't mind that Rick doesn't like the movie. But I have no idea what he means when he doesn't like it. I thought the effects were good for the budget. The action was great, the comedy was funny and it had some great writing.
The CGI does get jenky sometimes especially when they slow it down. Eric says this jenky CGI is intentional but I don't think so. I think they were working with the budget they had.
Can you guys try to add an anime movie called Redline on the poll? It's incredible and I think you guys will enjoy it!
MachineHEAAAAAAAD
Totally different kind of movie, but Taron Egerton (Eggsy) went on to win a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for his portrayal of Elton John in Rocketman (2019) and it would be interesting to see your reaction to it. I have no idea what you guys would think of it because it is not your typical biopic and is very much a musical (which I happen to love, but I understand some don't). Taron was amazing in the role, though!
And now that I've reached the end of the video, I know that a couple of you are already aware of this. LOL
Honestly the discussion is more interesting whenever the crew disagrees, and I appreciate the honesty of the opinions
i've seen this movie 3 times and i NEVER noticed any bad sets or poor cgi even when you pointed out in this reaction i didnt see it. it all looks good to me
“It gets crazier Aaron.” “Crazier? THAN IN THE ASSHOLE?”
Matthew Vaughn did not direct Wanted, he did however direct Stardust, and Kick-ass
How about The Man From U.N.C.L.E? I enjoy comedic spy movies!
Rick loves cheesy movies trying to be good but hates good movies trying to be cheesey
He appreciates authenticity, and I get that.
Kick-Ass could be a good one too if some of you guys haven't seen it.
not better than the penguin EXACTLY like the penguin. he has multiple umbrellas with various gadgets. gas, bullets, shield, etc etc
However it wasn’t an all in one. I’d say an iPhone is superior to a flip phone because I don’t have to carry a map, a calculator and all other manner of things. That doesn’t mean the iPhone has the best calculator but as a whole the iPhone is superior. The same applies for the kingsmen umbrella.
just wondering if they will ever react to Parasite?
