Hunter x Hunter #79 Reaction - Early Access!
"No × Good × NGL"
Upholding their policy of not allowing any kind of manufactured or artificial material inside their borders, the NGL only allows Kite, Gon, Killua and two other members of their party to enter their country, with the rest forced to stand by and await their return. Meanwhile, the second team of Hunters is attacked by the Chimera Ants, whose human DNA triggers in them a sense of individuality that brings conflict among their ranks.

Rick, "Where'd that Koala bear get that tiny suit!?" That did it. That killed me
As good as this is, the narrator always kills me. Almost made me stop watching altogether
I actually think the narrator elevates this arc particularly, higher.
calvin’s lowkey right 😂 if you look at things from the characters perspective the title is “Not Good, Not Gonna Lie”
for them to be wearing clothes, I always took it as they couldn't be naked (because anime and kids watch), so clothes were drawn on them. But if this show could, then they would all be naked unless they found or made clothes after their naming.
I mean *Spoilers* doesn't ever wear clothes... they could all be drawn similarly to him
There called Chimera Ants Because they take on traits of what was eaten. Colt still looks more antish because the "DNA Reserve" was more Bugs and creatures, but over time the Queen has been eating more and more humans. Now the DNA Reserve is becoming more Human and then bugs and creatures. The Drones will still take on more Bug traits because they don't need to take from the Main Reserve as they just do "Grunt work" and the born Squadron Leaders are taking the more dominant trait which now is being more Human, but still has Bug traits as the base race and a creature mixed into it all.
To be honest the next year of HxH is going to feel incredibly long because I know we’re all waiting to get to those series of episodes
Tbf there are multiple hype sections in this arc, one of which is just over a month away
Idk, the more they are hating the ant right now, the more I'm excited to see their reaction to what's going to happen down the line. LOL. Can't wait until some certain characters to make their appearance and make them confused
Chimera Ants look less like Ants as the generations are created. Cause they take on more non ant traits.
Why do they have CLOTHES! Though
the early parts of this ark just hurts me sometimes
I don't think it's a bad episode actually
