Legendary Artifact. These dormant artifacts will grow in power with the player and are very powerful items! General advancement is to awaken an artifact by some feat of strength or backstory tie in between level 10-15 and exalt between levels 16-20.

Coven's Bargain is an iron lantern containing the preserved head of a hag. Though separated from her body, the hag's magic lingers within the lantern, allowing her to speak, scheme, and whisper forbidden secrets to whoever carries it. Careful observers notice that one of the hag's eyes is not an eye at all, but the tiny, preserved head of a second hag staring silently from within the empty socket. Together, the imprisoned hags remain bound by the magic of their coven, but a coven cannot exist with only two members. By carrying the lantern, you unwillingly become the third, allowing their coven magic to flourish once more.
