(Magic Item) Elixir of Insanity

A consumable magic item is here for players who don't mind swallowing a void spawn to transform into a horrifying creature. Check out the Elixir of Insanity by downloading the PDF below!

This elixir is not filled with a drinkable liquid. Instead, the elixir contains the amorphous mass of a horrifying aberration born from Yig Nachal the Webbed Oculus, an otherworldly being that gnaws beyond time and space. To gain the benefit of this elixir, the creature inside must be swallowed, allowing for the void organism to bond with the user from within.
