The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker (Patron-Only Early Access / Ad-Free)
Clive Barker's first brilliant novel which was the basis for the classic horror film 'Hellraiser'.
A body horror novella, like a ghost story written by The Marquis de Sade.

Wanted to read this before watching and was lucky enough to snag it from the library. Finished quickly last night when I should have been sleeping. Compulsively readable. Loved it. Thanks for another great recommendation
Where did your wife get the shirt?? I love it. Terrific as always, need to read my copy.
I think it was Marshalls :P
I was 15 when I started reading Clive Barker, and it was a fucking revelation. It helped me realize that yes, I am a raging homo, and that it was perfectly all right. It may also explain all of my perversions now.
I loved this book! I'm starting to work my way through his others. Check out Cabal
