A unique/experimental poetic letter to a lover in an increasingly dystopian (though banal) modern world.

Hey Cliff, sounds like something I’d love, so thanks for the review. Finished Dubliners—amazing set of shorty stories, though a bit boring in how almost TOO real it all feels. Currently working through Moby-Dick, Lolita, and a Longfellow Collected Works. Moby-Dick, though, has been a tough and rewarding read; seriously think you should give it a go and review it one of these days. Thanks as always for the quality content.
Sounds like the perfect read at the moment. Gonna have to pick it up. Just finished reading East of Eden by Steinbeck. Started a bit slow and does a lot of things with writing I don't typically like, but I think it's become my favorite book. Goes to show forms and how you go about doing things, it's all semantics. Good writing comes from somewhere beyond that, I think. But I'm not sure. Anyways, I loved the book. What do you think of Steinbeck?
I thought East of Eden was pretty good, I've got To a God Unknown on my shelf, maybe I'll get to that soon if I can, thanks for the reminder.
Great review! That excerpt you read about 2025 was chilling. Reminded me of the Fitter Happier interlude from OK Computer. May need to pick this one up at some point.
