fave part of this bit is Jake and Murph arguing abt the backstory and Jake yelling "it's nothing BECAUSE of the lore"

I usually have a good head for episodes and what happens in them, but this memory is totally disjointed from its context and also indelibly carved into my brain. My recollection of this conversation feels like a revelation that happened to me or was incepted into my mind more than a thing I listened to.
