The compression in this is decidedly worse, whether on mobile or desktop. It does look more like an actual physical newspaper though.
I love where this is going! Looking forward to more! I am in agreement in that this page looks a little more grainy, as per the compression I guess. I like the look of the previous pages more personally. But still amazing lol

The grain is too intense on a Samsung phone. The pages before this look fine.
So i know nothing about compression methods. My first thought was that this page looked more grainy. Looking at other pages maybe the grain is just more noticeable here? Or maybe i'm looking for something and finding what I want to see. Sorry, but I hope that is some kind of helpful! ^_^
As for compression, I can tell from the comments that it’s unanimously… not good. If the compression is that considerably inferior, you might wanna update the page with the old compression method on both Patreon and DA. Otherwise, guess I’ll have to wait for another HD pack. Kinda feeling bad for DA users especially.

damb… with tessa having again failed to seduce saiya, saiya realizing she loves aika, the pope saying it's ok for girls to love, and the cafeteria lady saying the name of the comic, it really feels like the rollercoaster has reached the summit before the first big drop

I have a OnePlus 8T, and from what I can tell this looks worse than previous pages. still works just fine, but there's a lot of weird bits and some parts look almost out of focus? the page itself is great though!

Yup, can confirm Ian’s observation; it is weird on the IPhone as well. The shading looks pixelated and off. It looks less like shading and more like the characters have dirt on their bodies. It’s especially obvious in panel two on Tessa with all the shading.

Looks like it’s going to be Tessa’s first time getting a tummy from food rather than liquid bloating, and by the looks of it her jealousy from wanted Saiya’s attention is going to cause her to go overboard yet again, the battle of the tummies continues!
