I'm not confident with how the last panel ends. She's right about to say tanker of a belly but it cuts off before she can say belly. I take that as meaning in the net start of the next panel somebody will finish her sentence for her. Which could mean the leaders could step in right at this moment and finish it for her which means they get caught.

God...Aika's belly is so insanely massive that it's just a setpiece in the frame. Always present, like it can't even be contained to one panel anymore.
