Confess? Tessa already did way back, it's no secret to Saiya. She just never saw it/felt about it that way, she said herself she isn't romantically interested in her like she is with Aika. Heck she called Tessa a "succubus from hell out to ruin her life". They've been stuck in a toxic, objectifying, non-communicative, give in/resist & seduction dynamic ever since Saiya first visited her way back at the start of the comic. I'm still trying to figure out where this is going when Saiya clearly "broke up" (even though she never was in a official relationship with her in the first place) with her and said she wouldn't be leading her on anymore... That aside, i still see Tessa's "love" more as an misplaced obsession.
