My Studied & Experienced Background
Before I go into any of my concepts related to disease mechanisms, and how to disrupt Autoimmune Disease Patterns as well as strategize around Metabolic Training to manage and defeat Cancer, Let me Share with everyone Where I Am Coming From. I am a degree-qualified Engineer with Honours from an accredited University in England. I Graduated with a 2:1 Batchelors degree, short of my Masters because of the concurrent additional year with pregnancy whilst holding down a consulting income to support myself during full-time studies.
My final year Thesis was "Stress Transfer through a Hip Arthroplasty" to visualize the failure mechanisms of how a prosthetic hip would portend, and make critical suggestions to it's improvement. The design changes I suggested; a short, cementless 5" titanium alloy stem, a ceramic ball head, in an HDPE Acetabular Cup, to work better with the body as a composite system. 16 years after submitting my Thesis, I became the proud wearer of a similar Hip Prosthetic. But I didn't understand the kinesiological environment of the prosthetic in those days, and my engineering was based purely around bone mechanics as a composite materials study.
I didn't understand the biochemistry of the environment, the injury mechanism that instigates gradual prosthetic failure, and I didn't understand what the broader ranges of failure could look like. It doesn't have to be, complete rejection by the body, or traumatic fracture or some forensic mechanical failure. And once the honeymoon of having a replacement hip joint faded, things started to feel off.
The human body had fascinated me as a young child, I sensed extraordinary things that no one spoke of, and therefore I had no words to articulate these sensations inside me that resonated through my hormonal cycle as a woman. I had an intuition where it came from to explain why that made me feel different, always careful to tread the line between who to tell that might interpret these sensations as delusional or paranoid schizophrenic, magical and superpower endowed grandiose thinking. After all, I was brought up in a psychopathic family with a history of diagnosed Schizophrenia.
I went to a Roman Catholic Girl School, and the story around my art exam was cunningly a showpiece that creeped out my classmates; I performed my painting in wax and guache, dripping melting candle wax onto my paper to decoupage the death I saw in my father as my interpretation of "Pandoras Box". I earned an A* and was instructed to take my painting home whilst other girls exam pieces went on display. But my parents saw the painting of death, recognizably in the form of My Dad, with bulging eyes, and a goiter...
I was banned from painting from thereon, but my father was infact diagnosed shortly after with Thyroid Cancer. He grew a goiter the size of a grapefruit that I had portrayed in my painting. I had no words to speak of the things I felt strongly within me, and recognized therefore as something happening in others. I stayed silent knowing these sensations could be diagnosed as some sort of somatic psychosis, or schizophrenia.
But in my hometown, there was a wizard-like artist who painted the vagrants with their diseases on the city walls, he flouted his eccentric behavior, and was dismissed by many as strange or weird. I felt as though this artist KNEW the things I felt, and that's what drove him to paint disease. His name was Robert Linkweitz, and my only regret in life was never mastering the courage to approach him just to ask. I do not want to feel "Special" or supernatural, or magical, or labelled, for something I simply feel is part of my own neurodiversity, without a name. I have spent years to try and figure it out, and I finally have.
Years ago, I sensed my own disease manifesting, and I tried to stop it, slow it down, disrupt it, and as the years went by, I could not. But I kept trying anyway, I noticed things, I observed comparisons, I observed myself from doing heavy introspection and interospection, and what I saw, made me feel more and more connected to the body I had built. I Could not stop searching for pathologies, disease mechanisms to try and abait the slowly rising white noise geiger counter of disease-tells, mapping their way through my body, just as I had seen in others.
I studied Osteology, Paleopathology, Anthropology, Chinese Medicine theory, Herbology, Anatomy, kinesiology, to fully disseminate all the disease pathways that could occur, and figure out disruptions that could change the course of the sensations rising in my body, with no one to validate me but myself. The last two years was a losing battle where my immune system had finally been diagnosed as the mad dog, while everything else was the mail man. MCAS.
I now had a real target to fix, which I managed to bring under control within 8 months of Diagnosis, only to feel the real disease that was quietly clumping in the background while my immune system was betraying me with anaphalaxis elsewhere. This thing was quietly growing and mummifying my insides until the tipping point. Something I can dig around and find a journal entry somewhere of my own death prediction because I had finally come to understand the sensations in my body and what was growing.
I now understand the blindness I had enabled during the early to mid stages of the disease. And when I self-validated by seeing it's shadow in a recent MRI, I knew, I was already at stage 4. The mass was visible, even though it was dismissed, I saw exactly the constellation of feels that I could map out inside my body. The disgust of the Western medical industry ensued, however, I realized, I had the ability to reverse engineer the disease mechanism, and figure out a battlefront strategy to take back the ground that had been strangled by the clumping.
Two months after that MRI, I have finally held ground on the proliferation, and infact, corroded some of it back. My strategies are working, I know how to interpret the big feels to others, and I want to prove to others the big C-word, is not scary, it's an opportunity to reclaim one's life, and really start living again.
This is going to be a year-long ride. The Oncology perspective is that the type of disregulated clumping growth in me, now ruled out as uterine, endocrine, or GI stroma type cancers, is now saddled in one of the rarest types of Cancers. Sarcoma. And at this stage, Chemo is considered palliative, as there is no cure... But I do not believe that because, I am not typical, which means the ubiquitous odds do not apply to me. Current prognosis is based on the lifestyle of Western Patients, and I do not fit that pattern. So I am not writing this out of some grandiose arrogance but rather a deep feedback connection from my body, that I am able to react to all the tell signs I have learned to explain.
These tell signs exist in all of us, one just has to learn how to listen, to really hear ourselves from within, and develop that sense, as it can be leveraged, it can be surfed on a tidal wave of the natural immune mesocycle. Women are familiar with hormonal waves, we exercise that through feedback every month. it keeps us in touch with our bodies, but men do not experience these hormonal drifts, so have less of an ability to hear this "intuition" the danger rises in dismissiveness of a woman's ability to feel, which although may be unintentional, can drive a wedge between partners who feel unheard. I want to share how overcoming this experience is critical in understanding the healing journey to stimulate much-needed hormone drifts that harden nerve meridians against disease mechanisms.
I have much to explain, and if I do so within the timescale of my prognosis, maybe I will see the other side of Christmas this year 2025. If that is true, then maybe I can offer concrete evidence in offering substance for a paradigm shift in thinking about healing from metabolic and autoimmune diseases. Cancer can be fought back with one's own body, autoimmune diseases can be controlled and managed, and retrained, and healing oneself can be taught. I want to do that.
