Sorry, we keep forgetting that that lazy-ass February clocks out early every year, inching us that much closer to oblivion… that cold, lonesome journey that we all must someday undertake… for death cannot be eluded forever…

So Mack just had a birthday and we’re thinking about stuff! Weeeeee! Time is an inevitable march off a fuckin’ cliff!

SPEAKING of March! Seriously! How is it already March! It was Christmas like last week! Time needs to calm down! We’re so tired. We’re just eepy-weepy bitches who wanna nap with our cats. But NO! We suppose we should update you on the progress of the episodes. But then you gotsta promise that we’ll get a lil nap after. As a treat. Alright! Now that the pact is sealed and has been accepted by our many vile and profane gods, let’s get down to bidness.

As you might’ve already seen, the preview clip for SAOA 20, THE SEASON FINALE OF ALFHEIM, is now live on Patreon for those of you at the $25+ tiers! We are absolutely not sorry for once again edging you with that ending. We promise if you hold on just a little bit longer, the payoff will be all the sweeter for it. The lines and shots for the full episode are almost fully laid out, and we’ll soon be able to move on to that sweet, sexy audio. There’s a particular scene in the hospital that… uh… you’re gonna want headphones for~

In addition, we’re excited to tell you that, just as Kirito adds another girl to the harem every arc, we have done the same and added Chase to the SAOA writing room! He truly shines in MHAA writing, so we’re quite pumped to see what insanity he adds to SAOA. So far, we’ve started watching through the first few episodes of Gun Gale together to get him acquainted with the source material, and we’ve already got some gems locked in. Y’all like paella? No reason.

As for MHAA, Carrie’s got about two and a half scenes out of nine laid out, with custom lip flaps from the incredibly talented KaDoYuu and everything. But, since Adobe is a fuck-ass and her subscription is coming to an end this month, she has FINALLY seen the light and is moving over to Davinci Resolve! Rejoice! No longer will she be under the boot of the tyrannical Creative Cloud! Clouds have boots now! But anywho, we ask for your patience while she gets acclimated to the new program. It’s pretty similar and she’s smart, so she’ll get it in no time. She’s determined to have the full episode done by August for… reasons. PAELLA!

So, have we earned that nap now? What say you, Quadrigor/Halle Berry? No? Ug, fiiiiiine! We’ll keep editing. Back to the mines we go…
