Young Aelira’s “Innocent” Stroller Walks
Aelira was still a senior when Freshie came along — eighteen, belly just starting to flatten back out, and already figuring out how to drag a stroller around campus and the neighborhood without dying of embarrassment. Or maybe that was never the plan. The walks were supposed to be practical: get the baby air, get herself out of the house, tire both of them out. What actually happened was Aelira figuring out real quick that a tight white crop top and those black Nike Pros turned every sidewalk into a fucking exhibition.
She’d tie her hair up messy, throw on the backpack (diaper bag plus whatever else she needed), and head out. The top never stayed fully down — kept riding up over her abs, clinging to her chest, the neckline sitting low enough that every step made her tits shift and bounce a little. The shorts were worse. Short, tight, riding high on her thighs and digging into the crease of her ass every time she pushed the stroller forward. She could feel the fabric pulling, the little Nike Pro band sitting right across the front like it was framing everything. Freshie would be quiet for a while, just cooing or sleeping, and Aelira would get into a rhythm — long strides, hips swaying more than necessary, one hand on the handle, the other swinging. She’d catch herself getting warm from the walk and from knowing exactly how she looked doing it.
People noticed. Of course they did. Some tried not to stare. Some didn’t bother. Aelira would feel the eyes and her cheeks would go red, that same flush she always got, but she never slowed down or fixed her shirt. If anything she’d push a little harder, make the bounce more obvious, let the shorts ride up another inch while she pretended she was just focused on the baby. By the time she got home her thighs were sticky, the thin fabric of the Pros was damp against her, and Freshie was still blissfully unaware that her mom had just spent the last forty minutes walking around looking like she needed to be bent over the nearest bench.
Those early walks stuck with her. Even years later, when Freshie was older and Aelira was supposed to be the responsible one, she still thought about how easy it had been to get that worked up just from moving her body in public with a stroller in front of her. The baby never knew. Everyone else definitely did.
