Status update Episode 8
Development news
This week, I spent most time isolated and writing.
I've gotten a great deal of work done and I've finally written a couple of scenes that I've been waiting more than two years to write.
PCs are still rendering animations 24/7, and I will go back to working on art next week.
In next week's update, I will try to make a bullet point list of things left to do before the episode is complete so you get a better understanding of the workload that remains.
Steam news
This week, I published the store page on Steam for the second season of Being a DIK. I've been working on it in doses over the last six months.
You can find it here.
If you can, please view, wishlist and follow the game. Doing any of this helps the game more than you think.
Patreon news
If you're in at least the $30 tier and want to be in the game's credits, please make sure that you've entered your name in this post before the month is over.
I will remove the post at the end of the month, after which there will be no more new entries for the credits section for the second season of the game.
When closing the post, I will remove the corresponding $30 tier reward as well. This tier reward will return during season 3 development.
Poll news
A lewd scene poll for Madame Rose will start soon. Sign up as a $10 patron to participate.
Have a nice weekend

Name is NoOneEls, super grateful and proud of your work, DOC! keep amazeing the world~
Any plans maybe in the future.. maybe down the road some point for VR Support? Has the idea crossed the mind?
Doc! After Completing the game several times and unlocking all scenes, I started a new game and in the middle of chapter 2 all special renders and Scenes dissapeared! How did that happen?? I started a new game after months without playing, but i dont think this should have happened, can i get it back somehow? (Thankfully mynsaves didnt dissapear)
This product is currently not available in your country :(
Will there ever be a Mac version on Steam? I got so excited that I purchased the PC version and can't use it...
I gotchu, Doc. Looking forward to the next update and episode!
is there the possibility to get the trailer here on Patreon? The german steam client blocks any sexual content
Same, but you can watch it on DPCs discord.
Good stuff doc. A kickass and hilarious game that I can’t wait to continue
WHERE BELLA
Good good but-..
I'm curious on what those couple of scenes might be
Must be pretty important to keep a post-it up about them for 2+ years. I'll guess 1 is the Halloween party and the other one is something pertaining to the Ep.8 title "Crossroads". A whole bunch of possibilities there for our MC and others.
Wooo whoo! Progress! Progress!! 😃😤
Josy really needs to stop going to the gym with Assman.. :)
So the steam players can now play soon
Patron's will get it before the steamers
Thanks for the Great Work!
