Post-release information
Phew
What a week it has been. It has felt like a blur since last Friday.
Thank you all for your support and engagement during the release week! The reactions, support, and chats have been overwhelming and humbling. I hope you felt the long wait was worth it.
I'm incredibly proud of what I produced, and I want to thank you once again for your trust and patience during the last development cycle. 2024 was the worst year of my life, but we made it through development together.
State of v0.11.1
As of v0.11.1, the game seems stable. The bugs that have been reported since are minor and do not warrant any immediate patching. If you haven't upgraded your game from v0.11.0, I recommend that you do it. If you find more bugs, just let me know. The easiest way to report them is on my Discord server.
Common questions
One of the most common questions I'm getting now is about the release date of the guide for episode 11. As always, the guide will be written sometime after March 21, when the last tier has access to the patch.

What I'll be working on
Right now, I'm spending time fixing any lingering typos/bugs, etc., and making sure players get help with any issues. When I get the chance, I'm also working on episode 12. After a couple of weeks or so, I will fully shift my focus back to the game development of episode 12 (v0.12.0).
The first Status update of episode 12 will be in April. I need some time to get organized while juggling different tasks. When the episode 11 release cycle is completely done, I plan on taking the following weekends off to catch a breather, celebrate the release, and catch up with friends. Then, I'll continue working as usual.
You can rest assured that PCs haven't spent a single day idle since episode 11 was completely rendered and that progress on episode 12 is being made daily.
I'll tell you all about it in the first Status update for Episode (freaking) 12. It's astounding how far we have come.

The puzzle cube is challenging. The back button is gone now I see, oh well.
Everything is awesome. It surpassed my expectations in every way EXCEPT the english tests. I really hoped DPC would make them a bit easier after hundreds of comments on how ridiculously hard they are. I'm usually fairly good at solving word puzzles, I always passed the tests in the previous seasons, now I sometimes fail to get the words down in time when I cheat. And I hate having to cheat! Please DPC, make english fun again?
I just googled a word scrambler and type in the more common ones. Makes it easier.

This is by far the best episode yet, and the others have been amazing. Already going through my second run through...and the ending, all I say is WOW.
I had to sub because you somehow made me fall in love with a character here and have me questioning my own decisions of settling. The writing, the music choices, the characters, the models. Everything is amazing and I’m glad to have given this game a try. You’ve got my undying support
Story has been amazing so far. Played at least seven diffrent playthroughs focusing on different girls but all the stories have been great. Love how these characters are written and can't wait for the release.

Still the GOAT of all AVNs. An absolute masterwork. Loved the latest Chapter. Cannot say how thrilled I was to have a Zoey run at last.
Favorite Main Girl's in order: Josy (so dang cute), Sage (a verrrryy close second), Isabella and then Maya. Favorite side girls: Bianca (damn), Sally (might seem like an odd choice, but hot geek has an appeal), Zoey (for obvious reasons)...too many to mention. I miss Mona!!

Loved it. Worked through most routes, but some choices don't have progress...or should I say, you don't know where they will lead! Damn...please make Season 12 ASAP!! Favorite route so far...Jill, and not because of Jill. That's all I'll say to stay spoiler free!
Took me a few days to work through all of the routes but I am finally done. Was a bit of a grind but now I'm sad it is over with. Doc that shit was incredible! I'm baffled by the quality of storytelling you continue to provide.

I love the episode; it's supreme quality, and it keeps me playing over and over. I couldn't believe Josy and Maya. When playing their storyline, it blew my mind. Great work doc, you have my respect and admiration as always.

Your mods crash the game. The only fix is to delete your game, persistent and save files from "game/saves" and "%appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494"

I finished my Bella, Sage, Josy/Maya, Lily/Nicole, and Quinn/Riona playthroughs before deciding to go back and replay from the Halloween Party on all my playthroughs. I really WANT that S grade for all the Party Planners, and helping Nick (that BUM, F-HIM) and letting the Preps in really messed with my score (plus, I could choose better perks/items this time around). And I really F'd up by letting Heather blow me in all my Other's Dik playthrough; now I can't get the JB & Elena scene (I just wanted Heather 😭). The best grade I got for the Christmas Party before replaying was an A in my Other's playthrough! I got a C for my Bella, Sage, Josy/Maya run. I still have to play Jill, but she and her path interest me the least (sorry to the Jill Lovers). Finished replaying my Bella, Sage playthrough and got S grade for all the parties. I am replaying my Josy/Maya playthrough at the moment (the only hard thing about replaying is the mini-games; those F-IN Shuffle and MATH tests 🤬). Going to have to go back even further and replay from EP4. I showed the brothers the Jade tape in all my Dik playthroughs, and it came back to haunt me 😅. Can't get the "Other" scenes and, most importantly, have to do a Sage-only "I Love You "run" as well. LOTS of replaying 😅... Can't wait for the WT for the SR... can't find them all this EP (almost) 😂. Can't wait for the next update 😋! Appreciate you, Doc ❤!

The episode is great. I am taking a break after three playthroughs... I intend to continously come back to it during the year every few weeks. Let's see if I can spread it out until episode 12 ;-D

This episode is amazing. I should've realized I would have to rethink how I want to start a run to avoid some conflicts or consequences. Just some great creative art all around. Congrats DPC, you did it again 👏

Think I'd cry when B.A.D comes to its final chapter. I only stumbled upon Being A Dik in 2022, my first ever AVN and its been an awesome 2 yrs seeing how this masterpiece slowly unfolds. The script writing has been TOP form and all the humorous parts never failed to make me laugh hard! Looking forward to seeing what's installed next :)
Same here about stumbling upon it in 2022, since then I've been an instant fan and immediately wondered if there was a season 3 after playing 1 & 2 on Steam.

No, I keep repeating it is a RPG itself... there are RPGs out there, that could learn something about decisions and consequences from BaD.
