Status update Episode 11

This year I stumbled upon this type of game, as they are (unfortunately) not allowed in my country. I find the concept very interesting, although I have noticed some significant differences in quality. BaD quickly convinced me with its depth, character development, and overall concept, so I decided to use Patreon for the first time. I love the dynamic between Bella and the (P.C.), and I'm already looking forward to the next chapters. Please keep up your excellent work!

Your work is the pinnacle of the genre sir. We can wait and the great thing about larger content is that it just means we can replay it more and keep discovering new things when it does come out. That said, I still find these updates reassuring because I've had my favorite authors instantly cease writing because 'life happens'. So please continue with your regular updates. :) Cheers, holidays are soon upon us and it's always a bear getting stuff done.

I dont know if youre married or have a woman but if you do, lay down in a hammock with her and look at the sky and relax. take some time and recharge we'll be here. if youre single go out with some friends find a single lady and blow her back out. we are patient and pretty much can sense we wont see a new episode for a little bit. thats ok because we know itll be great! relax recharge and get your creative flow goin. its all good.

Doc I’m sure I speak for all if not most of us when I say that the quality of your work so far has been sublime and whilst I’m on-the-edge-of-my-seat-ants-in-my-pants eagerly awaiting this release, I am more than happy to wait for good things are worth waiting for. DPC I'm pretty sure that most of us if not all of us agree that you are doing a great job. You've been through a lot this month and we understand your stress. We know that this game takes time and with what happened we understand if you want to slow down a little. We will all be here when you do release the update and we'll be excited to play it whenever it comes out.

Holy shit with the amount of content that'll be in this episode alone I'd say each playthrough is probably going to take anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours if not longer each yeah, I'm definitely not stressing over how long it's taking because it's going to be a hell of an episode that's for damn sure so keep on keeping on bud.

I have to say I started to play different routes again, refreshing my mind on the different plots. As much as I can't wait to play the continuation, of course ill wait patiently until you are happy with the next episode, as I am sure it will rattle us emotionally and graphically. Take as much as you need, to finalize the last steps to your content, and we are here for you waiting to see the amazing work you accomplished. I play a lot of lewd games, this is one of the best of them, mostly due to multiple well prepared plots, and great hi quality graphics and lewd scenes. Keep up the great work Doc, it is much appreciated.

Honestly, I would rather wait a little bit longer and get a high quality episode 11 rather than seeing you cutting content to finish at your targeted release date. Take the time that you need and we will happy when your work is done anyway. You've been facing difficult times in your personal life recently and you have the right to take it easy a little bit.

Doesn't matter if doesn't release around the usual time. But on thing that's worrying me about the path of the game, is since the season split it's been a lot harder to motivate myself to go through the paths. And I haven't even completed the last update yet. That and hidden images during scenes instead of only during free roaming, this game has gone down hill IMO. Sorry to come off negative. But it has been a bit dissapointing.

That sounds incredible! I'm sorry if you feel stressed looking at the big picture, but everyone here is ready to wait. I think a lot of gamers nowadays have taken a stance of "take your time, don't rush game development!"

Im truly a fan of your game so far at least 4 years . I still love ep 9 at the beginning of season 3 , Halloween Ep is still the best chapter I ever played in the entire games . The last ep not as good as I expected but I still love to waiting your new ep . Take your time & make us surprise like you always do it .

Although nice, I don't think anyone is honestly expecting is to be done this year. If we can see it first half of 2025 that'd be great! My 2 cents - reign in the amount of side girls, unless there's a new MG. Then flesh out those MGs and SGs.

This update is hilarious. "We are nearing the end of the development cycle," he says after cataloging a volume of remaining work that's equivalent to many other dev's entire updates. Gotta love the ambition and work ethic!

DPC, as someone who has been here nearly five years, I'll happily tell you I have never been disappointed by your releases or the time it takes you to 'make it right'. Your art and storytelling are top tier because you care so much.

Please don't fell pressured, there is no reason to hurry. Your game stands out compared to other VNs and episode for episode we can see what you've accomplished. Personally, I rather wait a bit more and have something impeccable to enjoy :-)

Thank you for sharing these information. Based what I read this means this will be a massive episode. And it is better to be done on your own and your PC pace then trying to rush something and not be satisfied with the end result yourself. We will keep waiting until you put the last cherry on that cake.

Your updates show that it will be a very great episode and I rather wait some longer than knowing you cut soemthing out (what you would not do anyway). With all these characters we all care about, this was always going to have to be the way to make sure everyone feels their favorite branches get love AND make sure the story progresses too (especially with the cliff hanger we were left on) I'm sure there will be some jerks who won't be ok with the wait, but the ones who've been with you for a while on this journey - who know you update us every week on progress - are completely supportive of you and your process to continue making this game so fun.

Aww, I love the fact that the amount left still sounds daunting buuut it's actually near the end of the development cycle, so what it just once again highlights is "OMG, look at the size of it, it's freakin' huge!"

Over the past few years, i played a number of AVNs. Some are quit good, others ok and some not so entertaining. But i never felt this connected with the characters in these as with those in BaD. I thing the reason for this is a result of your devotion to your work and the way you handle it. You do it your way and it is working great. A nice weeking for all of you

The fact you do weekly updates is all I need. Other creators might be plugging away, and I support that, but it's hard to tell when you hear from them once every 4-6 months. So thanks for keeping us up to speed.

Doc, in this "relationship" we are in, like developer and community, we share the same goal: a great game and story both side can enjoy. We know you put your heart and soul into this project and we know it'll be top quality, whenever it comes. We are patient, because we know it'll pay off and we can throw our mind out on the window at EP11's cliffhanger ending (like every other time before). But for this, next to work you need to rest too. Please, don't push yourself too hard, bro. Take your time when you feel to rest or to mourn. Honestly dude, in terms of Visual Novels, Adult themed or otherwise, you are likely going to be one of the GOATS. I know the work your doing is insane and daunting, but the end product is going to be absolutely astounding. I'm hoping when it is all said and done that future creators take your example and push themselves to do more, to make the medium even better.

Season 1 was the trunk. Season 2 was the branches. Season 3 is the leaves in the canopy. It is a Herculean task to color every leaf, but if completed a true piece of art will be realized

Is there an estimate on the amount of episodes there will be when all is said and done, because honestly this story could go on for years since mc is in his freshman year, and I doubt if there are changes in the storyline that anyone would get tired of it.

Better to take your time and release something your happy with. Timing wise, a longer dev cycle might work out perfectly for me, I'm not getting any time off over Christmas this year but I AM up for long service leave in February :)

At the end of the day we all know we're going to get an extremely well made episode that will be larger than all the rest. If that means waiting a couple more months than expected so be it. I don't think there is any other game in this genre that even comes close to the quality of BAD. The wait will be well worth it!

We love these weekly updates that you give us and it only gives us more confidence that what we will receive will be truly great. You've done marvellous work so far and I know the latest chapter will surpass is in every way.
