Any questions about Kalyskah (As a character)?
Hello everyone, Corintio here!
Just wanted to make a post to know what types of things people would like to know about Kalyskah (character) that maybe we can answer during quests scattered around the prologue, the prequel novel or random Twitter posts we do.

How she came to be the local goddess/ruler
That`s the story we'll address to during the graphic novel we'll start working on soon =)
It would be interesting to see an alignment modification of her powers, i.e. depending on alignment, certain powers will be unlocked or locked off. How she became worshiped and the leader of a cult, in spite of other vampires roaming the planet would be my question. Obviously, if she has a large following, she would have to be more powerful than other vampires. There would be struggles for power and resistance from other vampires about exposing their kind. It'd be interesting how that played out.
We have some of these topics being touched during dialogues of the prologue =D
What is her canonical alignment (as in DnD alingment)? While we can play her however we want surely she must have some alignment that you guys are using as a baseline.
In D&D I think Kalyskah at the start of the game would either be Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil. And character progression during the game, by choosing to be compassionate, could take her to true neutral or chaotic good, I think. What makes her evil at the start is that despite not killing anyone just for the sake of doing so, she's still very focused on her own goals and always tries to find an excuse to choose violence over diplomacy. But that's mostly when she's frustrated with the loss of her blood gem.
I would say how she became a vampire and her original rise to promince is a question for me. along with what type of ruler she was. troubles with interpersonal connections would be interesting to see if there was any, considering humans in this instance.
How she became a vampire will be hinted on the prologue and better explored on the prequel novel The type of ruler she was will be hinted in the prologue too. Actually, on the cutscene I'm working on, you'll already gona be able to see a bit of her line of thought How she raised to power is literally the story the prequel novel will follow How she deals with humans... that depends on when. The purpose of the RPG is to help her deal with this question. But on the prologue you'll see how she dealt with them before she lost everything.
