[Video] About Laver, the Elven Warrior Who Advises Kalyskah!
Laver is Kalyskah’s right-hand man and one of her oldest surviving allies. He was transformed thousands of years ago, during a great war, when Kalyskah’s Legion appeared on the battlefield and changed the course of the conflict.
At that point, Kalyskah was far more ruthless than now. She was still building her Legion and shaping the force that would make mortals fear her name.
Before becoming a vampire, Laver was already an exceptional elven warrior. His technique was so refined that, when he fought Kalyskah, he forced her to rely on magic to defeat him. Seeing his discipline, knowledge, and martial skill made Kalyskah respect him enough that she offered him undeath.
In game, once we are done with the combat update, Kalyskah will be able to learn new techniques from him.
But Laver has a darker side.
He admires Kalyskah because he has seen what she is capable of, and he believes her power comes from her intelligence and ability to make the hard calls when it’s needed. And that her proactiveness gives her enough to lead not only vampires, but humanity itself.
The problem is that Laver does not see humans the way Kalyskah does. To him, humans are food, labour, and a weaker species that would benefit from being ruled by something greater.
He wants Kalyskah to lead humanity the way a shepherd leads sheep.
Early in the game, Kalyskah strongly disagrees, but what would you decide? Will you help her see things his way, or dismiss his plans of conquest for good?

sorry i'm a bit lost here cause i lit only opened patreon to subscribe to this project so idk exactly where i can find news and stuff, but will the game be released on steam by the end of 2026 or will it be posponed again to 2027? i really can't wait to play it!
Hello Taya! We plan to open the game for Early Access by the end of the year. It's unlikely that it will be postponed to 2027 because, as I mentioned in other posts, we're very close to finishing all the foundation that we need to keep growing the game steadily with no more major re-vamps of systems that will slow us down again. So, unless there's another major setback or we have budget issues, things should go smoothly until the end of the year.
Laver sounds like a dangerous advisor, and those are often the most interesting ones. The hardest battles are not always fought with swords. I can't wait to see how his story unfolds.
We neither! And yes, he's a good ally but careful with his ideas!
