Sorry for so many updates! Trying to get game breaker fixes out ASAP.

Core Library 1.32

(This update fixes the issue in Suite Life preventing you from deselecting operating hours shifts.)

• Fixed issue with FlagStatInteraction not deselecting flag values.,

• Added weights to callbacks registered in the Core Library Event Service. The default weight is 1, and the TuningInjector snippet injectors run with a weight of -10 to ensure it runs before any additional listeners using CoreEvent.TUNING_LOADING.,

• Fixed exception when loading a hotel that had an employee sim culled while you were away.,

• Hotels will no longer be considered owned unless they were purchased through the Pillow: Hotel Realty interaction in the phone. (This works around a conflict with SimRealists' Realty mod where lots can be purchased without the proper business being created.)
