(IPM-Beta Update) THE LAGBUG WAS SQUISHED!
We’re on Day 2 of IPM’s live beta testing week, and a new update is available! Please download the latest version - it’s much faster! Even with 9000 Gigabytes of mods!
Even faster. Yess-yes! We’re getting back to alpha speeds.
Squished the bug causing repeated handshake requests and delays when queuing actions.
Untangled some autonomy bugs that could leave Sims standing around doing nothing.
Household menus now cache while the pie menu is closed, so they open faster as you play.
If you find an example where the menu shows old options let me know.

Just noticed that the ui is stuck in WW when i use posing, when i leave and click on any sim i cant do any interactions, always WW pops up with Pose Alignment Interactions by JohnBaccarat :/ idk if this a known issue. Some sims have it some not
Also perma stuck on objects too. s; so you cant play anymore
Yeahh you ate this up bc I can’t tell you how many time I be wanting to throw something at the screen bc the pie menu be taking 84 business days to appear like GIRRRLLL
Hi, is this mod compatible with the following mods; AveryPing's Simulation Flow unleashed, tyjokr_QueueGuard, TURBODRIVER_SimulationTimelineUnclogger plus their other fixes and weerbesu's mods e.g Faster_Sim_Spawning and improved autonomy & altered game time speed in MCCC?
Thank you so much! You have no idea how much this means to me! My country (Ukraine) is going through an incredibly difficult time, and The Sims is pretty much the only thing helping me keep my mental health together. Being able to play without lag is absolutely amazing!
Hi! So sorry for what you're going through. My mother and her diaspora are all born Ukrainians, I wasnt born there but I went to Severodonetsk for grandmas funeral. Hope you're okay over there. I did find some more bugs and there will be an update today with V5, small bugs but still annoying and noticeable. Hopefully we will find a sweet spot to be 'good enough' and no lag whatsoever one day.

So far, so good with this version! Yesterday, with the last version, it took probably 30 minutes to load all the menus and then I'd still get some lag when clicking menus. It was so fast today though - maybe a minute? When I click on menus, there's no lag at all after the first time and even the first time is much more quick. THANK YOU for this amazing mod!
i've noticed some things with the new update! the double click on some interactions seems to be fixed, however my game was so much laggier and my sims barely made any interactions i queued up. they also kept cancelling their actions. i have a sim in the vet career and also noticed he was having a lot of trouble to examine the pets. i also noticed no loading progress in the little bar. i didn't add any new mods so i assumed the beta version just wasn't really working for me game and went back to the previous one. besides the double clicking on things, my game runs much smoother with the old version although there's still just a bit of lag (but i assume it's just the mods and my laptop lol) the IPM really is a life saver for me and i can't play without it <3

Hi! Thanks for the interest! Beta testing just started. I hope its already done and i can move on to working on making dropdown menu work with it. After that EA allows me a short grace period so i'm thinking realistically it should be finished and free publicly by late November or Early December.
A huge thank you for all your hard work! And for giving us the chance to relax while playing the game. 🩷 I'll test the new version in the morning! 🩷

This is extremely helpful , the work being put in is sooo commendable! I just can’t let go of the drop down menu mod lol i refuse to remove it 😂 i know your going to work to make this compatible with that you mentioned - great work and thank you for what you are creating and sharing
Thank you! Yes! Dropdown menu is coming with this exact integrated version of instant menu and with the Queue menu thats out in beta already baked in. Lol, i would have released it a few days ago but i'm not convinced it did not inherit the bugs from failed IPM releases. If this version survives without any breaking bugs for 2 days straight I can maybe finish integrating it this week's MDM release. Yes i am hoping on releasing Instant Dropdown Menu this week. *Fingers crossed for v4*
