Project X v0.2 - Dev Log #7

Hi everyone,

Hope you guys had a good week, I sure did.

Got a full scene done this week, been making good progress. On Thursday alone, I managed 14 renders (that's a lot for me). I wasn't expecting to progress this much considering some tech issues I experienced earlier in the week (I'll get into that).

I've been experimenting doing post work a different way as well, it was quite minimal as it is, but I'm trying some new methods to make the workflow more efficient. Also been getting some writing done. As it stands, I'm close to begin drafting the beginning of the next story arc (the most crucial one).

As I mentioned, I ran into some issues with Daz, specifically the CMS breaking on me for some reason. I'm primarily a smart content user, so creating scenes without it would be much more slower. For those of you that don't/have never used Daz, you bring in your assets (environments, props, etc) into the scene using either the Smart Content or Content Library tab. Smart Content makes my life much easier, sorting all my stuff into their distinct categories, I've pretty much muscle memory'd where all the usual stuff I use is.

Anyway, long story short, after spending damn near two days fixing it I managed to restore my metadata to it's previous state. It's working as normal now.

Think I want to put out another public special render, more on that soon.
