For nearly 14 years, TeknoParrot has been sailing.

On 11 November 2012, Parrot’s Ark set out.

Today, on 28 September 2026, it finally reached land.

TeknoParrot Nation has been founded.

And from this moment forward, TeknoParrot subscribers are no longer just subscribers.

You are Citizens.

Citizenship means more than access to software. Every Citizen now receives a TeknoParrot Nation passport, a Citizen ID, citizenship history and stamps. Citizens can vote on what we build next, speak directly at the weekly National Assembly, and enter the private Citizens’ Discord.

TeknoParrot is emulation software only. We do not host, distribute, provide, or link to copyrighted game files, ROMs, dumps, keys, assets, or other game data. Users must supply any required game data from their own legally obtained copies.

MAGIC: THE GATHERING ARMAGEDDON

And we wanted the founding of the Nation to begin with something special.

Magic: The Gathering Armageddon is now emulated in TeknoParrot.

A long-lost arcade game has been brought to life through emulation for the first time.

And we are not putting it behind a subscription.

Its TeknoParrot emulation is free for everyone. No subscription required.

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY BEGINS

Every Friday at 18:00 UTC, the Nation meets.

The National Assembly will be streamed live on YouTube. Citizens can request a speaking slot, take the Stage, and pitch their ideas directly to the Assembly.

The ideas raised there will move forward to the Citizen Vote.

No endless suggestion box.

No ideas disappearing into a Discord channel.

Stand up. Make your case. Let the Citizens decide.

CITIZENS NOW DECIDE WHAT WE BUILD

Voting takes place directly on TeknoParrot.com and in the Town Square.

Your voting weight follows the number of license keys included with your citizenship:

Solo: 1 vote
Duo: 2 votes
Squad: 5 votes
Crew: 15 votes
Enterprise: 30 votes

Winning projects enter the Building Site, where Citizens can follow their progress from Selected → In Development → Testing → Released.

And the system is already moving.

FOUNDING WEEK HAS BEGUN

There will only ever be one founding week.

Every Citizen who was already subscribed at the moment TeknoParrot Nation was founded automatically becomes a Founding Citizen.

Anyone who begins their citizenship between September 28 and October 4, 2026 will become one as well.

Founding Citizens receive a permanent Founding stamp in their TeknoParrot passport.
