Death Note | Ep. 12+13 | It's All In The Eyes!

one thing that caught my attention is when she says "i'll find a way to make you fall in love with me" , this seems like code for "i'm gonna kill you". (also keep in mind when she says "what a beautiful way to kill"). while she acts like just a stupid girl, she is actually VERY calculated. okay, so this theory gets a bit convoluted -- bear with me .... even if you have Shimigami Eyes, it still makes sense that you wouldn't be able to see your own death-age ; but Misa also not being able to see Light's death-age suggests that simply owning and using a Death Note somehow breaks your fate (i.e., makes it indeterminant). having given half her live away, she wants it back, so wants to con Light in to getting his. who better to take someone's lifespan from than someone who has an indeterminant lifespan? Does this also open up the possibility that maybe being a Death Note user makes you immune to someone else's Death note? OR does it simply break your fate in a way that not even Shimigami can know when you're gonna die .... which is why these 2 Shimigami are so interested in following these 2 humans around? perhaps even as a means of understanding their own condition? maybe being a Death Note user somehow puts you on a path that you can possibly become a Shimigami? OR maybe Light's fate was already interrupted somehow? ALSO, as to the female detective .... perhaps she is still alive. perhaps Misa already tried to kill her, but kept misspelling her name ; but when Light got it right, it still managed to have some kind of compulsion on her? (why else add such a random detail as "misspelling someone's name 4 time makes them immune to future Death Note attempts"?) or maybe keeping that plot point floating in the background is just a red herring to confuse the audience?
Very interesting theory indeed, and yes The plot adds so many questions because there are so many ways the story can go which makes it really interesting to try and figure out how it works! Really looking forward to the next ones!
Death Note girlfriend to the rescue! Can't wait to see how this goes. Looks like Light got the raw deal on the Shinagami lottery, lol.
😂 😂 True
Shinigamis only live for as long as the total amount of years they have collected from the people they killed, so misa got all the years that Gelus had collected, an unknown amount but definitely a lot.
Geleous SHINAGAMI have to write names everyday , month to extend their lifespan so MISAS lifespan is just 100 or so .. and half to 50 or so...and good to analyse every MIN to enjoy every moment epiosde 14-23 is slow and everything is foreshadowing in episode 24 masterful plan
