New Hair Texture

I've been unhappy with the hair texture in the game for a long time now because I thought it looked out of place in the very stylized environment, I tried making more stylized hair models and textures several times but was never happy with them either. And now I think I finally have a style that looks right. I will update the skin texture too later to make it more stylized and painterly.
