Feature Highlight: Auto Logging
We've always asked ourselves: How can we make logging easier?
Today, we finally answered that question. The latest version of the Archon App now has our new feature:
Auto Logging!
On WoW, FFXIV, and Fellowship, you should now be able to see the Auto Log tab under Logging.
This feature lets you configure your own upload rules to automatically start live logs as you play the game. Specify what content should be uploaded where, and create multiple rules to customize fully.
Report Description Templates
We've also added a ton of description templates that will autofill and update the report name for you! Read through some examples in our article here.
Archon Logger
For WoW, we've also created an addon you can download to automatically enable Combat Logging for you in-game. This will also detect and warn you about multiple addons interfering with logging.
As always, thank you so much for your support. We're super excited about this new feature to help you seamlessly set up combat logging. Let us know what you think!

Kinda unusable at the moment when i cant filter pugs from guild groups. If i do venemous abyss on same character with a pug it still logs to the guild. I dont want that. So i cant use it at the moment. Pls add this <3
I apologize if this isn't the place to post this, but I've not been able to get the new auto logging feature to work. I have enable auto logging checked on and I set up auto logging rules to turn on for both M+ and raids. I also installed your addon that enable combat logging in game. the addon has worked perfectly, but for some reason I can't figure out why the live logging aspect of it isn't working for me. any help is appreciated.
Hey! Sorry you're having issues. If you either reach out to us on discord (make a post in the #archon-support channel) or send us an email at support@warcraftlogs.com, we'll be able to help troubleshoot this.
This is fucking awesome!
Love the direction of this feature, it definitely fills a need that I've seen in my guild. I do think more conditional options under 'Upload Rules' could make a big improvement in the usability of this; the ability to auto-upload mythic raids is great - if I have a way to filter out pug groups into my personal logs instead of guild logs. Depending on the limits of the API of course, adding any options like 'Is Guild Group', 'Within Specified Hours X - Y', or 'Raid Leader == {char_name}' would be a very appreciated update to this feature!
Yes! This is something we're planning on expanding on, let us know if you have more ideas as you try it out :)
Would be super neat if we could specify the number (or percentage) of players with the same guild as myself as a condition. I'd love to send logs where everyone in the party is in guild to my guild wcl but pug keys to my personal wcl.
Interesting! We plan on expanding to conditions such as character name = X guild, so will note this down :)
