Coming Soon: Go Back To Sleep

Your Sims go to bed at a reasonable hour. Then they wake up at 3am having to pee and when they're done decide it's the perfect time to watch TV, browse the internet, or start that new painting. By morning they're exhausted and you're beyond annoyed.

Go Back To Sleep seeks to address that. The mod checks periodically to see if any Sim on the active lot wakes up between 8pm and 5am. If they have a pressing need to handle, the mod waits for them to finish. Otherwise it cancels whatever they're doing and sends them back to bed.

It's smart about what counts as a need. Bathroom trips, monster under the bed interactions, and infant and toddler care are always allowed. If a Sim is critically hungry or stinks badly enough, remedying those get a pass too. And anything you explicitly direct a Sim to do yourself will never be cancelled, so if you want them to run a load of laundry at midnight, go right ahead, the mod won't stop you.

Everything else autonomous: TV, computer, socializing, skill building, all of it gets cancelled and your Sim gets pushed to - say it with me - go back to sleep!
