๐Ÿง„ FREE Printable Guide #008 | Planting Garlic for Bigger Bulbs Next Summer!

One of the questions I get every year is, "When should I plant garlic?"

So I thought I'd create something you can download, print, and save for planting season.

๐ŸŒฑ Guide #008 of the Bradwood Farm Gardening Library walks you through the basics of growing beautiful garlic, including:

๐Ÿง„ Choosing quality seed garlic

๐Ÿง„ Separating and preparing the cloves

๐Ÿง„ When to plant for the best results

๐Ÿง„ Proper spacing and planting depth

๐Ÿง„ Mulching before winter

๐Ÿง„ Spring care, harvesting, and curing

I've attached both the printable image and a PDF version so you can keep them in your gardening binder or take them out to the garden with you.

This guide is completely free because I wanted everyone to have a great start to garlic season. I hope it helps you grow your biggest and healthiest bulbs yet!

If you enjoy guides like this, I'm building an entire Bradwood Farm Gardening Library with printable growing guides covering vegetables, flowers, greenhouse gardening, hydroponics, recipes, and life on the farm.

๐ŸŽฅ And if you'd like to see these projects in action, be sure to visit my Homegrown Passion YouTube channel, where I share step-by-step videos, greenhouse tours, and lots of real-life farm adventures.

Thank you so much for being here and for supporting what we're building together. I hope this guide finds a permanent place in your gardening collection, and I can't wait to share the next one with you!

Happy planting! โค๏ธ๐Ÿง„๐ŸŒฑ

This advice rings true for UK members too, as we equate to USDA Zone 7 for most of the isles. For any UK viewers, the best supplier is The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight, their hardneck and softneck varieties grow fine even in northern Scotland. But make sure your partner likes garlic too - or there ain't gonna be any kissing ๐Ÿ˜˜
