Bugs: Bodies missing, when placing items in trunks they disapear for everyone, technologies and inventory not saved if you leave and reload session.
Hello! My partner is playing on the steamdeck and he does not get the F2 option. Is there a way around this so he can join me?
despues de unos dias jugando todo perfecto al dia siguiente no puedo jugar cuando se unen a mi va a 1fps no se que hacer intente con el host del patreon y nada
Here's a fix in case anybody else gets stuck with 1 fps after a few hours: You can use the "NetroScript Graveyard Keeper Savefile Editor" on Github to fix your save. Having two players causes invisible items to drop which seem to multiply as you save and load your game. The Savefile Editor has an easy button to immediately get rid of all remaining drops (conveniently showing you all it will delete, which was more than 1,000 items for us). Happy graveyard keeping everyone and thanks a lot for the mod @KeepersTogether <3
great work fixing what the modder refused to even comment on.
There is a bug where if someone leaves a self hosted server and rejoins all items on the ground (logs, wine, ect) are duplicated. Fun for a little until the host gets stuck with 1 - 2 FPS
Here is a big compilation of issues I have found. This is also a post-tutorial with the homie. quests are out of sync with one another. I don't know if it's a self-hosted thing or if it is a part of the entire mo. At one point, it froze the world's time progress, and the day wouldn't go from day to night. Everything he placed would disappear, even if we both saved the game we tried to split tasks to make it more iffceint he lost all progress he made with the skill he accepted it would revert him to the ones i selected and he lost all of the green red and blue materials it was more like he was a spectator more than anything and it made me feel bad we both love this game honestly it should have coop to begin with and i really apreciate the work you are doing hopefully this will help some and fix the on a real note is it worth just doing the patron server browers have you heard any complaints on that side
Okay, we got over eager and I joined a game my husband hosted during the tutorial. We got the "not right now" bug. He went as far as giving Gerry the beer, and then hosted a game. Nothing shows up in the open sessions list. We are playing via Patreon servers. Not sure why I can no longer join now that he's finished the tutorial.
This turned out to be very strange for a game where you host your own server. When a player joins someone else's game, they become a copy of the host—mirroring everything from money and inventory to research progress. From that point on, research points, money, inventory, and everything else are tracked independently. However, if you leave the game and reconnect the next day, you lose everything you earned and revert to being a clone of the host. This defeats the whole purpose of co-op. It should be like *Stardew Valley*: technologies, quests, and certain aspects of research ought to be shared among all players on the server. Alternatively, the game needs to save player data so that upon rejoining, a player retains their progress level from when they left, rather than becoming a clone of the host. That said, the fact that we were able to connect to each other and play at all is a huge achievement on your part. Keep up the good work! You’re on the right track!
So I have been playing with a friend for 2 days it was fine some sync issues sometimes minor bugs here and there with the body's in the morg count still saying there are 2 even though they are buried, but its ok. Then today whenever the second player joins the server the first player FPS drops to 1-2 fps and it becomes unplayable even after providing it enough time to load or sync (15 min). If the first player quits and rejoins the second player becomes the one with the FPS drop and the first player is fine. Its always the one joining after who doesnt get the FPS drop. This was not there the first 2 days of playing. Do you know this bug? is there a solution for it ?
I don't realy understand how to join a friend or create a server after F2
Hi, turning a single-player game into a working co-op is a serious piece of work — NPC sync, task sync, save transfer, all from scratch. Really impressed by the polish given the scope. Some context: I'm building a self-hosted game server manager (think Pterodactyl, but aimed at non-technical players) — launching shortly. Over the last day I got Keepers Together running fully headless on Linux in a Docker container, including auto-host and save-load, with no human at the F2 menu. Two reasons I'm writing. Would you be ok with us offering Keepers Together as a one-click 24/7 server option, with prominent credit + a permanent link to your Patreon at the top of the settings page? Goal is sending traffic your way, not competing with your master-server tier. If you'd rather not, total respect — say the word and we drop it from the catalog. And would you consider exposing StartHostAndLoadLastSave() (or anything equivalent) as a public method in a future release? Our Reflection approach works but it's brittle to your future refactors. A first-class entry point would let us drop the hack entirely. Two small heads-ups from headless testing, in case they're useful: - Joiner during tutorial — the known issue you mentioned. We work around it by pre-loading a "tutorial-done" save snapshot for the host. Happy to take this off Patreon if you have email / Discord / anything leave a reply with whatever channel works. And if "not interested" is the answer, that's also a fine answer I'd just ask you let me know so I can plan accordingly. Cheers, Max
Hey Max :) Send me a message at graveyardkeepermultiplayer@gmail.com and we can discuss this some more.
I cant seem to find the config file you mentioned. When i go into BepINex I just have config, core, patchers, plugins folders.
Hey you can find the config after running the game once after installing the mod. It'll automatically generate the config after running the game.
Me and my girlfriend started a new game and she's can't dig up gerry, our tasks are out of sync and she can't interact with anything, it just keeps saying "Not right now"
Hey. Try finishing the tutorial section by yourself first. Then host the match. I still haven't worked out all the issues regarding the tutorial quest.
