More Emergency - UPDATE
Husband Update! -
His open heart surgery was yesterday afternoon, and the surgery went smoothly! It went by a lot faster than expected too. After he came out, I had to wait about 2 hours before I got to see him, but he was still mostly unconscious from anesthesia and still had his breathing tube in. He'd wake up here and there, but go back to sleep shortly after.
It was a little after 10 last night when he finally came to fully, and after some tests and whatnot, they took the tube out since he was breathing okay on his own. So, I got home a little after midnight and passed TF out (it was about an hour drive back home).
I've talked to him several times today now, and he's doing okay! He seems tired, but he also seems a lot like himself (he keeps asking for food), which I'm glad for. He'll be spending the next few days doing physical and respiratory therapy, then he'll come home as long as all of that goes well.

Hey guys, gonna try to keep this short, but I am delaying the update AGAIN (I'm not putting a date on it, cause I could still be done within a week or so, but...).
Had to take the husband back to the ER on Monday due to him relapsing again with extreme exhaustion and nausea. More tests, more tests, more tests, and it turns out, despite every other test/visit of them saying THIS IS FINE, there's a heart issue.
As of today, the husband has been transferred to a heart hospital for a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft - he needs open heart surgery due to some blockage in his heart.
As long all goes according to plan, he'll be back home next week with things all fixed up. Fingers crossed the procedure is done tomorrow, if not, it'll be Monday, most likely, but, as you can imagine, me getting writing done has been a struggle. I'm -nearly- there, but it's been tough with the whole... 3 hospital admissions for the husband in the last month (each of which were like 4-5 days).
If things are looking like they might take longer than I want, I might just do a combined housekeeping/Darius Epilogue update, but I'm not planning to take THAT much longer.
Anyway, I'm really sorry to delay things a little longer, but the husband will always take priority!
Thank you all for your kind words with him and for the well wishes! I'm confident things will be great, as it sounds like he has an amazing team to take care of him. I'll be sure to update on his situation when I can!

Dyne you have nothing to worry about as far as time boo. Your hubby just had a CABG, so they need ya way more than we do right now. Been sponsoring you for like 4 yrs at this point, a couple more months doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things.
So glad to hear about he is doing better already. Wish he gets back home soon, and healthy. That being said though, Dyne, now it's your turn too. Make sure you rest, and stay healthy for your man as well. Wishing you both only good news from this point on, for you both 🫂❤️

Family comes first, sorry you're both going through so much, I can only imagine the stress. I'm just getting over a rough patch myself, my issues were mental rather than physical, but it was intense.

as a person who also have heart health issues and a pacemaker, i send all my good vibes and my wishes to you and your hubby, it can be scary AF and Stressing like hell, take care of him and yourself and all shall be smoothly ♥ the game can wait but not you two ! ♥
Dyne, please don't worry about the update at all. You being there for your husband is much more important. Take all the the time you need to get him back home and on the mend.
I've been backing you since 2016 or 2017, patience is a virtue I've long had. If I haven't stopped backing you at this point I think it's safe to say there's nothing (especially family related health emergencies) that is going to make me stop backing you. Take care and focus on the things that truly matter.

Holy hell Dyne! Yeah, no please take all the time you and hubby need. Best wishes and a safe procedure along with an easy recovery. That's wild! And super frustrating that it wasnt caught on any of the previous visits. You'd think "infection" would read WAYYYYYYYY different than "H E A R T B L O C K A G E" but far be it from me to say anything against the good doctors and nurses there.... seriously though, take any and all the time you need.
