Liu Changyu is the heir to the Liu family, a brilliant businessman and rising physics talent whose seemingly perfect life hides a constant battle against his stepmother's schemes. When snow falls in June and the withered plum tree at his ancestral home mysteriously changes overnight, touching it tears open a rift in time and brings him face-to-face with Du Huajin, a clever young woman from another era. Through the plum tree, their two worlds begin to overlap: she teaches him to understand the complexities of the human heart, while he shows her a world far beyond the walls that have confined her. Love quietly takes root, but when the passage between their eras closes, she is left trapped by her fate and he remains in the present. A century later, the plum tree blooms again—and among the crowd, Liu Changyu sees a familiar smile.
