Weekly progress report

Hello guys! This week I've been hard at work on NBNL so we'll have more details in its section. For TCoR things got a bit stuck, but we are not fully stoped. Probably because I was 70% focused on NBNL and 30% on TCoR this week to get NBNL new update before the end of the year.

For TCoR, during the weekend I got another friend to play the game so with more information I compiled a list of things to fix on the current version there are obvious things like the animations or adding more NPCs but I'm here for the ones I'm not seeing like the fact that you can more the camera during cutscenes and then don't understand anything or when some dialogues are too boring or not clear enough. So yeah, this week I've been polishing stuff mostly but nothing too big.

For the 2D side of things chirstmas get things slowed down with Erica's sprite but I'm also working with the GUI, the thing is that the artists isn't sure that he can pull it off this time so he is showing me each part before we can talk about money so I'm waiting to start comisioning more. Becuase we need about 3 new characters and we also need a main menu screen! Right now our main menu screen es a blue screen. Which acording to our reasarch subjects is pretty underwhelming so I really need a main menu screen before we reach v1.

Now for the main subject of this week's report, NBNL! I'm sure next week I'll have am exact release date for v17. This week I added some events that flesh out some parts of the story that were in the void for really long time and I got some extra endings where Nicole just marry a friend and that's it. But I also wrote a lot of the events, we went from 5/11 events ready to 9/16 events, so we got more events this week and I wrote a lot too, next week shouldn't have new events but we should reach the 16/16 events ready or at least get to 14 or 15, because events like Mia's are a bit on the longer side since it has variations depending on their relationship or if Nicole has penis or not also a way to avoid sex. There are more staight forward sex scenes in this version but you'll have to wait and see!

For now I'm thinking that for 2026 I'll need to comision seasonal stuff, like a chirstmas image for the report since we only have the new year Kate and that's it, I do have a Chilean Independece day one for NBNL but that's not so universal and I think I lost that one. So that's my new year's resolution... like 2 weeks before new year's eve. As a warning I'm using the souther hemisphere for refference so expect girls to be light on clothes on christmas and new year when I comision them!
