Once an old factory, now a gathering place for long nights, good company, and a little friendly competition. The Factory brings together the raw character of industrial architecture with the warmth of an ambient neighborhood hangout.
Spend the evening bowling beneath exposed brick arches, challenge your friends to a game of pool, or settle into the dimly lit bar for a drink. Outside, a cozy night-market-inspired seating area overlooks the San Myshuno Bridge, offering the perfect spot to unwind as the city lights come alive.

• Some floors may not be fully furnished. This is intentional to avoid overcrowding spaces and to allow more flexibility for your own gameplay and storytelling.
• You may notice some familiar objects appearing across multiple builds. I often reuse favorite decorative pieces and functional items to maintain a consistent design style.
• Because of this, some duplicate custom content files may already exist in your Mods folder if you own my previous builds. Feel free to remove any duplicate files if necessary.

INSTALLATION
Unzip the download.
Move all .package files → Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Move the Tray files → Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
Place both parts of the apartment according to the floor plan shown in pictures.
