Missing Rewards? Please Read

I've been getting comments/DMs from patrons who have not received their due goodies even after we figured out the whole stamp thing. This is a message directly from Fiend that should clear things up.
The tl;dr is that everything should be sent out by the end of this month (unless you're international--yours will likely go out in January with everything else), which means you should get it by end of November, maybe December because of the craziness of holiday shipping.
Your message from Fiend:
The fake stamp issues stretch back to September 2025, while I (Fiend) had been resending them when they were reported missing, since the issue causing them to go missing was unknown at the time, and therefore unresolved, many of these items remained unreceived. With this in mind, I am resending everything that used stamps from that point onward, including stickers, prints, bookmarks, keychains, and pins. These will all be received in one big package (that does not use stamps, it will be a USPS label) with your October 2026 rewards.
Once we figured out the stamps issue back in June, we paused sending things out while we found a suitable and reliable replacement, and then my mail carrier decided they hate their job or something and refused to fulfill any of the package pickups I scheduled. Now that it has been quite a bit, and I have filed many a compliant, I'm hoping they've either gotten their act together or been replaced (I do think I recall seeing them training someone, so hopefully that's their replacement and they care more!!).
These reshipments were meant to go out at the end of last month (September 2026), however due to things happening in my life irl, including water damage to some of the rewards and various health issues, this also got delayed to this month. I am currently waiting on all the replacements to arrive (should be within the next week ) and then I will be sending them out again, for hopefully the last time, so that this fiasco can be put behind us.
Once again, I (C. M. Alongi) apologize for all this hassle and confusion. With luck, 2027 will go much smoother.

I've also been affected by this I think because I haven't gotten anything since the stamp issue was discovered but I hate bringing up issues like this because it feels like I'm demanding stuff. Hopefully it gets resolved but I've had issues with USPS losing and delaying stuff that gets sent to me. I haven't gotten tracking info for anything and have zero clue when stuff is usually shipped out so it's hard to tell if it's a shipping problem or just was delayed getting sent.

Ah okay. I was also having this issue but I didn’t want to bring it up because I don’t like bothering people. It’s good to know what’s going on. Thank you.
I welcome being bothered! I won't know there's a problem until someone tells me there's a problem. ;)
Thank you for keeping us posted. I am excited to finally recieve the missing items. Waited this long I don't mind a little longer 😁
As someone who has been affected by this I felt really bad bringing it up at all so take your time get it done however you need to we care about y'all's health and wellbeing
