Lewinski might be too loaded as a surname. Especially when you introduce it first as just the surname. Yes, it's the next sentence, but by then I've already got Monica in my head.
Maybe, maybe not. Chances are that the name won't be in the American zeitgeist by the time this book comes out, and even if it is, there's a good chance that most of Chris's readers will be able to differentiate the two Lewinsky women separated by literal decades.
