Jack-O-Lantern Clicker
Halloween model #2 is coming in hot! 🎃 These mini Jack-O-Lantern clickers are perfect as a spooky bag charm or desk buddy. Print the included tree stump set piece for the cutest market display!
Model notes
Original and keychain versions included, each in single-color and multicolor variations
Default slicer settings: 0.16 mm layer height , 15% infill, 3 walls
No supports
Use Variable Layer Height to improve details if you have time.
I used the Cherry MX-style keyboard switch found here: https://amzn.to/4e1o14C - Glue may be necessary to keep the switch and the body together.
When using the STL folders, be sure to load all parts of the model at once as an object with multiple parts to ensure correct sizing ratio, then scale the model up to the desired size. I recommended referencing the preset scale size % in the 3mf file even if you don't use Bambu Studio as your normal slicer. The seam is set to 'back'.
Filaments Used
Orange PLA Matte - Elegoo
Charcoal PLA Matte - Bambu
Butter Yellow PLA Matte - OVERTURE
Grass Green PLA Matte - Bambu
Earth Brown PLA Matte - Elegoo (Outer stump)

Happy printing!

These printed perfectly for me! I LOVE them. I might try a technicolor one, like hot pink, neon green, electric blue.
Those colors sound cool! Would love to see them.
Hiya! When I open the 3mf in Bambu Studio, I get an error that "There are 11 nonmanifold edges," and am prompted to repair them in 3rd party software. Error only pops up for the multicolor, not single color, and only for the pumpkin body, not the lid. Any tips? I haven't had this issue with your other files. I did make sure my software is up to date.
Hey Sarah, this is as a result of one of Bambu‘s more recent updates—whenever I simplify the model geometry now in Bambu studio they seem to produce non-manifold edges, but it doesn’t affect the printing.
I had another spooky idea. A bat with a butt. lol
These are super cute! 🎃
Thank you! 😊
