Hi Lucy, I had a tough time writing this, but you sang this song so beautifully and it is so uplifting, I could listen to you sing this forever. It has created so many mixed feelings for me recently because my wife and I just celebrated 50 years of marriage, but we just lost our family pet rabbit unexpectedly on Saturday. Then there are other medical circumstances with my wife that bring this song to an entirely different emotions. This was perfect timing for a whole host of other reasons. I think I am beginning to understand why Lucy’s voice is so very special. I heard Laufey and Emilia Jones (Both Sides Now), Lea Salonga (live version sung as a tribute to her mother in the audience “Wind Beneath My Wings”, Celine Dion (All By Myself), and Emily Linge as well. I can hear it (the difference) on my Sony MDR-1000X headphones. So thank you to Lucy and James (piano) for their hard work for producing this lovely song here. Finally, can I remind everyone here and Lucy, about the solar eclipse on Wednesday, August 12th, between 6.13pm and 8.03pm with maximum coverage of the Sun at 7.10pm in Wigan. In case it is not clouded out, do not look at the Sun unless you have special eclipse glasses and only special eclipse glasses. Even when the sun is almost covered by the sun (about 90 percent), otherwise you may risk blindness. Take care everyone, I shall be off to Spain next Sunday to see the total solar eclipse. Apologies for the length of this post.

Thank you Lucy. The emotion in your voice and your expressions were so heartfelt. Today is the anniversary of my marriage 57 years ago to my wife Nancy who passed away over 8 years ago. This song makes me feel exactly like I did about her. I wished many times that I could sing. I would have sung it to her when I visited the cemetery today. I think I am going to take my phone and go back and play this for her. I know so many people have felt that you got them through some tough times and you helped me today.
