Honest Government Ads | Behind the scenes 2020

I hear everything you're saying Leanne and while I was a young child in the 80's and 90's, my Dad had to navigate work cover and numerous incantations of the disability support pension and its crippling bureaucracy (pardon the pun) after he had a heart transplant. The cruelty of our systems to demean people is always a horror to confront. Thanks for supporting Juice Media while you are able to. You're amazing.

Hey just signed up figured your work is so important we need an honest voice with the growing supression of accurate news and rise of propaganda. I'll give some suport while I can but when workcover kicks me off to the disability pension I doubt it will be possible. If anyone saw the 4 corners expose on icare it's that bad and worse. Be nice if you could expose that one. Not much attention has been given to it just the usual shuffling people around till the furor dies down. No one knows what people face on workcover. There are no payouts or ongoing payments unless you can prove your as badly hurt as christopher reeve and even then they'll say you could do a telemarketing job. People think you get payouts on worcover or are malingering. Truth is we are people who have lost our lives and live in terrible pain. Gone from two jobs and an elite athlete to housebound needing help to look after myself. No one wants this. I'd give everything I have to get my health back.

The quickest way I found to share this tweet. I was going to go to bed early (9pm) & set an alarm ... but only got back from family sport at 10, so decided against the alarm, but, I did wake up from 2.30, so watched til 4.15, so I saw a few performances & Joe's speech ... then I went back to bed and had a sleep in ... Glad to hear Lucy & your little ones got your undivided attention. Welcome back.

So, who is going to raise their hand to either being accidentally awake during the inauguration (or setting an alarm) ... I almost fall into both categories!

Thankyou all at Juice Media, it's kinda like my dream job! Information and fun with the difficult hours in-between 🙏🏽

Love your work, Patreoned.

From a Canadian lucky enough to have lived 6 months in Melbourne some years ago. Happy to support your intrepid little teams inspirationally Australian, straight-up, no-compromise bullshit-busting. A blast of fresh air - just what we like up here, North of 50. Respects and regards!

Just watched the 2020 Behind the scenes and with the Defcon4 level of sh&tf&$kery we're seeing in the US, I realised how important actually supporting thejuicemedia team really is, so I became a patron today.

You Rock, so after having appreciated the work of your amazing team for a long time i decided to become a patron even though i am not Australian ! you expose so much of the shitfuckery that is going on with such wit, great humor and understanding. shine on juice media!

Hi Giordano and the rest of you amazing people behind The Juice Media, I'm on the opposite side of the world – Denmark – and I LOVE what you do. The cause you are serving is beyond discussion, but how you do it with amazing creativity, an incredible level of energy, total knowledge of the subjects and all-in-all super-professionalism keeps impressing me. Wonderful with the behind the scenes, and knowing it's all done at such a family community level with children and daily life just adds lengths of lengths to how I perceive you. Seeing the next video I'll now sort of know what's "behind the scenes" which just feels wonderful. Thank you so much!

Thanks for all in 2020 - strangely, I hope you don’t have so much material to work on in 2021, though I’m sure you will!

Been a huge fan of the vids but the behind the scenes one literally sent me to Patreon for the first time - loved seeing who is behind the awesome shitfuckery so altho I wish I could donate more, it’s small til things improve but LOVE the forum option, thank you and here’s to a great 2021!,

Thank you so much for everything you do! I’m so greatfull to have found Juice Media.

Delightful! Heartfelt thanks G. The Juice Media family- all of us, in solidarity and friendship for a planet where social justice and environmental stewardship and responsibility reigns. Strength to your satire Team for this new and challenging year 😍

Loved your take on 2020, kudos!

Hey, keep up the good work, lovely team you are! Have a wonderful new year and kick more butts!

Thankyou for the HGAs, Thankyou for the podcast. Your brand of satire and exposure of shitfuckery is an amazing relief. Please keep it up. Juice Media is worth every cent I can contribute.

you know when i first heard about you? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWU6tVxzO1I i was sending Julian an artbook for his bday and you guys came out with this. yeah..... i have been around a little while too but right now .. right now i just wonder if he will live though covid.

My lovelies, did you catch TJM reference on the Micallef show Mad As Hell Christmas special? I snorted!

Thank you all for the work you do to teach everyone about all the shitfuckery that happens these days. I couldn’t be prouder to be one of your patrons. So much so that I’ve just increased my level to the “Hugs” tier! Hugs all around! ❤️ Keep up the great work!

hahaha brilliant. Loved the jam session. Would like to see more of that!

Thank you so much everyone at The Juice, very grateful for the truth and laughs you've provided this year!

Keep up the great work guys.

"our most viral HGA to date (Coronavirus HGA" - I see what you did there

Good to see the good shit fuckery that goes on behind the scenes when talking about the bad shit fuckery. It’s been a wild year, but it’s definitely far from over (and I don’t just mean the Rona). Also as someone who just spent a couple of days editing and polishing what turned out to be just a few minutes of a pretty simple video, while learning the tools on the job, I have mad respect for the quality of your videos.

That was beautiful! Thank you! You brought tears to my eyes! Go team! 😊🙏🏻❤️

At 10m36s it looks like I'm supporting Peter Dutton which was completely unintentional on my part and please let it be known that I had no control over the situation. At least there are two layers of buffer names between us. I still feel icky though. Thanks for the edumacation and behind the scenes footage TJM team!

I enjoy my juice pithy and refreshing. Lucy, you rock! All my love you beauties.

Such an awesome team! Really loved your work this year and looking forward to seeing what you will do in 2021:)

So pleased to support such a good cause! Thank you for this glimpse behind the scenes. And thank you, cast and crew, for those 11 PM calls! They bring us joy and hope...

WHOOSH what a ride this year has been! (there is a song hint there worth checking out) You guys have done amazing work in the most difficult year with the pandemic on top of new baby in the house! Amazing creativity, so much excellent research and genuine care has gone into the crafting of your videos - and all of your supporters are quite an amazing bunch of people too - so cool how much you have grown!!!! One of the things i am MOST passionate about is using non traditional ways to amplify the message of the shitshow that is climate distruption - reductionist thinking has not served the sciences well and combining the message with the humanities is THE way to reach other people - working on my next project now myself (with some collaboration with scientists in Melbourne actually lol) small world for real. With the escalating pandemic here - financial situations can change overnight (as me how i know) the US is crazy insane for the most part and i for one need the surreal sanity you guys bring to the table! Hugs a love to you all and as always will be sharing widely.

Brilliant work by you all this year (and previous years) with more to come I am sure. Keep it up! After all, we only have the one planet and the apparent "leadership" (and I use that term with all the cynicism I can muster) of our respective countries are the same largely incompetent, self interested gits who have mismanaged one deadly virus worldwide through denial of science, failure to act with speed, general ignorance that makes you wonder how they manage to remember breath, and all the poor decisions we've seen. So, we all need to keep them on their toes when it comes to the biggest crises we have: our mistreatment of our own planet - the only one we can live on for the foreseeable future. Failure is not and option. Great to support the entire excellent team at TheJuicemedia! You are making a difference worldwide ...

Great work, despite it is kind of black hole humour... but easily to comprehend, hardly to bear other way...

This was wonderful! Thank you so much for cobbling it all together. The bloopers made me laugh, but also really touched me. I so wish I could know all your team in person. You have really helped us stumble our way through the shitfuckery of 2020, and inspired us to strive for a better future. Your posts are worth every penny of my embarrassingly meager Patreon support. THANK YOU!

so interesting to see the behind the scenes, thank you for all your fantastic work!

This one convinced me to become a patreon. You guys rock!

Thanks to you, Giordano and the team, just getting better and better each year. The podcasts have been awesome and I'd say masterful addition to the scope of your content. I'm a very happy Patreon :) All the best for what's coming, Pete

Have a happy 2021, your fantastic!

It's been great to have something classy to laugh at guys - brilliant work!

Still feels like money well spent ;-). Keep up the good work and fighting the good fight.

death-to-2020 (satirical movie)

Thanks Giordano and team! What an amazing year it's been for the Juice Media!

best money I’ve spent in 2020 -thanks

One of the true voices of our country. First and only patreon person I support and happy to do it.

Well done and thank you all at Juice Media - look forward to seeing more next year!

Thanks legends. 2021 will not fix everything, but it will fix sending 2020 into history

Just want to say thank you from Germany for what you are doing. Your channel has been one of the most pleasant surprises to discover this year. Your messages resonate around the world because so much shitfuckery effects us on a global scale and it is happening everywhere - same shit, different wrapping, as the saying goes. So many videos of yours could be adapted with just a few changes and you could stick a different flag on them instead of the Australian. So, enjoy your time off and have a little fun with this song https://youtu.be/Vqbk9cDX0l0

You are just do awesome... happy new year in 25:45 hours time. PS: I am not an Ozzie either

Thanks Juice Media team. What a relief to hear truth spoken and demonstrated boldly and with humour. Look forward to more in 2021.

Thank you again for another outstanding year of shitfuckery disclosure, seriously the job you guys are doing is so underestimated and it needs to be shown to the world on a huge scale. A happier new year and a better 2021 to you Giordano and your wonderful and amazing family and crew.

Thanks for all the great work this year. I am sure that you will have plenty of material (shitfuckery/government corruption) in 2021 to base great videos on. Have a happy New Year to you all.

Trite and banal though it is to add my thanks, they are sincerely felt. You all will help to make 2021 and all years after a bit better

Thank you everyone for all your hard and extremely talented work... and thank you Giordono and your family for sharing.

Thanks Giordano. Happy New Year to you all. Keep up the good work!

Thank you all for the work you do. Have a great break.
