IDSG Bonus: Player Piano, by Kurt Vonnegut

No great commentary here. I think this is a brilliant but flawed novel, Vonnegut's first, and I originally suggested it as a bit of a companion piece to the previous Bonus about Caves of Steel.

If Jack and I have our way, we'll probably eventually cover the entirety of Vonnegut's output. Be warned.
