soooo... Deeper is out.

the work leading to v6.0 has been the biggest release cycle this project has shipped and it feels like the right moment to say what i actually think this is.

CCP started in late december as a python script i made for myself. You know, holidays, not big on family stuff so... had too much free time.

Was called "screen loop" (never been the best at naming stuff) three hundred lines, no plan. i posted it to the BS discord server then on reddit on a whim and got blasted for not knowing what github was. that should've been the end of it.

it wasn't

and look, i've been thinking about why often.

here's what i actually believe. this niche's content has been audio/video for two decades and that's beautiful, the creators in this scene built the whole vocabulary we use, and a lot of you came in through their work, not mine.

But times are a-changing, thats undenyable, and the medium is going somewhere (and I am not thinking only of kink related medias, in general this commentary could apply to most formats, since lately, you know, tiktok and short form content fried the attention span of most of us - good luck focussing on the audio session, ADD is a bitch)

interactive. reactive. eye-aware. screen-aware.

A file that knows when you blink and takes you back to the start if you do, ah and to reinforce the lesson has your Toy vibe at the same time.

Adding effects like bubbles, vibes, subliminal, etc on top of any existing media or video on HT to remix them with your effects.

Load a video on HT, if someone built an enhancement on top pf that video and made it available on the catalogue you can immediately play it in the embedded browser - (anyone that makes an edit can send a submission via the in app pencil button next to a project, we got a review queue in place)

Sessions that have to be completed if you want to get out - meaby in the future even litterally, with a Chaster plugin. (btw with an aware AI chatbot taunting you in the meanwhile)

A video that rewards or punishes you IF you look at a specific zone on your screen, with haptics on.

You can alredy do all of the above in the CCP btw. (chaster is coming up next) :3

Now the media chases your attention,

not the other way around.

So, that's not a hot take, that's where attention-based media is going across the board, and EH is going there too whether anyone builds the tools or not.

CCP is trying to be the tools. not the content.

the content is yours, and the creators you already love.

CCP is the layer that makes their work interactive without them having to write a line of code. Deeper is the first real piece of that.

It's free, on purpose. The format is free, on purpose. Anyone can make a deeper enhancement, share it, build on top.

That's the whole point.

honest moment, because i've said it from day one and i'll say it again. someone with a real software background probably should've been the one to build this.

italian comms major who watched a python script work and got obsessed is not the standard hire. early on i used to bring this up a lot, kind of apologetically.

someone in this community once responded to me "well, look at it this way, professionals built the titanic."

been thinking about that line ever since.

look , if you are here, there's a foundamental reason. We're all part of this peculiar community. most of us aren't here because everywhere else welcomed us. Often outsiders, people with weird brains and weirder desires building little corners for ourselves because the mainstream corners didn't have room.

five months later we're 1500+ people, around 800 paid, and i'm sitting here looking at deeper, which lets anyone wrap their favorite audio with timed triggers, gaze detection, haptics, the ccp effects, the whole stack, and i think:

oh. this isn't a script anymore. this is a media format.

Also honestly? here's the other half of why this works at all.

what i lacked in expertise (and trust me i'm learning fast) i made up for in time and listening. countless hours in discord threads, patreon comments, reddit DMs, just figuring out what people actually needed. an honestly absurd percentage of features in this app exist because someone suggested them and i shipped them three days later. that's not me being a genius, that's me having you. the feedback loop between this community and one wannabe mad scientist got tight enough to be almost embarrassing.

you built this with me. that's not flattery, that's literal.

so yeah. amateur from italy, no plan and a lot of spaghetticode (pun intended), surrounded by other beautiful misfits, building the interactive layer for a kink that mainstream tech will never make room for.

that's 2026 for y'all folks.

and honestly i wouldn't have it any other way.

thank you for letting me build this in public. for the bug reports, all the feedback and requests, the late-night discord threads, all the patrons who support the project, and expecially those who alredy subbed for the year (holy shit guys you're crazy, thanks for the trust) and to all the people who told me what their kink actually needed and trusted me to listen. you made this project. i just kept hitting commit n push.

and honestly, small personal note, you gave me a year that meant something. that's not a small thing to hand someone. life is strange. let's see where this goes :3
