0.39 and RLS 2.7.0.2 update

Just a quick status update.

With 0.39 coming and RLS 2.7, I decided to hold off the latest update until everything settled down.

Now we are back to normal I have taken the weekend off to update the mod, so hopefully I will have something for you all in the very near future.

It's going to be a complete rebuild from scratch, so I will be taking the opportunity to remove a few redundant things, add a few new things and generally tidy things up with a few bug fixes and changes. I'm also going to be releasing two versions; one with the original weights, and another with a rebalance to the new economy, so that people can play the way they prefer.

I aiming for a good balance between enhancing the game and adding some extra silliness, but feedback is always more than welcome, and I appreciate the bug reports, ideas and feedback I get from you guys, so always feel free to contact me. There has been over 11,000 visitors to the page so far, which far exceeds what I expected, so I just wanted to say thank you to all of you and I hope you enjoy the next update.
